I have yet to see one employee smile at this McDonald’s. No actually I’m wrong. The people who work the lobby are always very friendly and keep it very clean. The woman who took my order was extremely rude and actually had a frown on her face. I have been helped by her before and she is rude every time. I got 2 orders of the 6 piece McNuggets. The woman who handed me my order put on 2 sauces when I asked for 4. When I asked if I could have 2 hot mustard sauce cups she gave me such an attitude. Nyack McDonald’s, get with it. You have VERY rude employees. And slow as shit as well.

Usually they’re very fast but after renovations they are the slowest location I have ever been too. They get 3 instead of 3 because I have been going there since I was ²⁄₃ years old. Step your game up! Then again why am I eating mcdonalds after watching all those horrific movies about pink slime? Yuck

What is it with McDonalds these days? Fast food? Not as fast as it was 30 years ago. Not as good either. Freakin’ corporate greed. It’s not like McD’s wasn’t profitable back then; they just want more.
This location is the perfect example. Slow. Not even busy, still slow. Filthy bathroom with urine all over the toilet seat; plus it smelled like the staff uses it as a smoking room.
On the positive side, they serve real butter with their hot cakes.

I have been to this McDonald’s once in a while since it first opened… but I had a recent, very positive experience with the management there. The lady learning how to manage the drive thru messed up my order (and apologized, even) and the manager took the order and even got a staff member to get me a soda from the inside machine because hers was broken.

Slowest… McDonalds… Ever. Dirty. Cashier needed to hear 3-​item order four times. Not sure a McDonald’s could be worse. A hole.

Once in a while, I NEED a Big Mac. This particular location, especially post renovation, is one of the cleanest, most efficient McDonalds I’ve been too.
Inside staff is professional, courteous and NICE, and did I mention fast? Even though there were 6+ cars in the drive through line, had a walk-​in order in my hand in under 90 seconds earlier today. Additionally, the Big Mac here consistently looks and tastes like a Big Mac – no missed sauce, no dry bun, no strangely shaped beef.
Net, net: uncertain why so many people have had dismal experiences here – I feel quite the opposite. Will continue to come back for my once a month or so «fix.»

Holy cow, how hard is to count to 6??? 6 nuggets not 4. Then you ask them to correct it and they look at you like you messed up.

All the haters need to step aside because this in fact is the most Slammin Mick Ds I’ve ever been to. First of all the landscaping was just straight up profesioal and well kept. Next I went in and washed my sweaty shirt in the sink from playing some tennis with the boys. Walked into the lobby and the staff greeted me in all different languages. One man laughed at me cause of my neck brace but I didn’t mind cause we did end up exchanging a couple of high fives. Tried to treat myself to several pancake but I forgot it was 4 PM. Settled with a whole bag of mcdoubles… some for now and some for my night job. Bit into that juicy beef and it shot out all over my robe. I walked out to the rental van and forgot to treat myself to a dessert. Walked up to the drive through and ordered a few my flurry to stock up on. The 12 car behind me didn’t seem to mind while I stood there. Walked up to the window and reached right in and got my ice cream. Teller was stoked I was in a great mood and even left that small change as a personal tip! Nyack Mcdonals is amazing!

My house is literally seven houses away from this place, yet I have never gotten home (driving, no less) with hot french fries (and we all know that cold french fries suck). The service is HORRIBLE, slow, they ALWAYS get something wrong with my order (like not giving me a straw for my drink, WTF), and the food is cold before they even give it to you.
I only eat McDonald’s once or twice a year when I have a serious craving, but I’m over giving this place «one more chance» because «maybe things have gotten better since the last time.» Nope. Now I just drive to Nanuet. And honestly, how ridiculous is that? I could walk to this place in three minutes, yet I drive to Nanuet because they get my order right and my food is still hot once I’ve driven home. From Nanuet. Even though I live seven houses away from this place.
Well, it keeps me from eating there regularly, which is probably best anyway.
Do yourself a favor, just drive west down Rt. 59 and you’ll get to the Nanuet McDonald’s in five minutes (ten tops on a bad day). You won’t regret the extra time or gas, trust me.

The absolute worst McDonald’s ever. Slow to respond and the speaker to order food even slower getting you your food .I went late night once with me and 2 friends they had us waiting for almost a half an hour and when I tried to get the lady to give my money back to weer could go else where she asked me why. ??? Really the worst customer service of all time

This continues to be the WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been in. I used to drive to Nanuet from nyack to avoid this McDonalds. The remodel is an accident waiting to happen.
But the worst is HOW SLOW THIS PLACE IS. After waiting 10 minutes in line without moving, and 4 cars ahead of me, I finally parked and went in to pay. The place was empty. The drive through woman was just hanging out. The manager was doing nothing.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS: HEY CORPORATE: HOW DO YOU CONTINUE TO LET THIS PLACE HAVE A FRANCHISE!

SLOWEST McDonalds I have ever been to in my life! Seriously the slowest. I stopped to get breakfast the other day, went to the drive thru and it took a half hour… I timed it! They just rebuilt it and it looks great, but they are understaffed and no one knows anything. The girl at the drive thru was new (I think) and had to go get the manager to show her how to take a credit card for payment! The manager should have been close by… that added to my wait time.
I was there a couple of months ago, went inside to place my order because the drive thru was backed up. The guy at the register wasn’t listening, put in the wrong order, when I told him it was wrong he got flustered and walked away and took care of someone else. He didn’t say a word to me, just walked away! VERY RUDE! I have years of customer service experience and I still cringe every time I think of his behavior! I left without ordering and gave my money to another establishment.
They obviously do not care about their customers, which is sad because it is a great location. If you have time to wait then go, I wouldn’t recommend it though. SLOWEST MCDONALDS EVER!!!

This McDonalds is newly renovated and looks great! They knocked it down and rebuilt pretty quick. I was impressed. However, it’s still horrible. I waited for 15 minutes before I was helped, while the workers stood behind the counter talking and joking with the customer in front of me. Shockingly, the customer kept insulting the worker for screwing up his order. They just gave each other dirty looks laughed. I thought about walking out because the workers didn’t even acknowledge me, saying that they’ll be right with me. But, I needed to bring food home to my family. So disappointed in this Mcdonalds. A fabulous renovation couldn’t fix the problem. Please switch the entire personnel and management.

This is the worst McDonalds that ever was. If you have tons of time on your hands and can burn 20 – 40 minutes just waiting in a drive up for $ 5 worth of food than this is definitely the place for you.
I have never seen slower fast food workers in my life. You want to stop here and get breakfast on your way to work? You better leave an hour early. I will never go here again.
