I credit Dr Jakus on saving my life. I found a lump on my breast, he sent me for a mammo and sonogram. He also arranged for an appointment with a surgeon. When the mammo and sonogram came back clean, I called him to say I was going to cancel the surgeon appointment but he insisted I keep the appointment. Good thing — the surgeon did a needle biopsy & it came back positive. I had breast cancer. Later found about 10% of women’s mammos do not detect breast cancer. So 6 years later, I’m cancer free. Dr Jakus is my hero…

I had my children with these doctors which I put my trust in their hands. I have been back for exams after and 2 times I was left in the room, with only gown on for over an hour each time and finally left. No follow up calls to apologize. I went again, yes this time Dr. Jakus came in and gave me an exam. Over 3 months later the nurse called me and told me that I have «irregular cells» and to come I. For biopsy which I did immediately with Dr. Klein. I also want to mention that the assistant was dressed as she just came off the street from shopping, no white jacket. Dr. Klein advised me to make an appt. 10 days after which I did. I could not wait so I asked if results were in and I went in. Dr. Klein came in and had a fearful look on his face and advised me to go to an oncologist. With this said it had to have a hysterectomy and go through chemotherapy. I asked the nurse on the phone why it took so long for my results, her answer“I told Dr. Jakus that we have to get on this”. Please Please avoid these doctors as their patients are NOT their priority!!!

The reason why I would never return to the office is because of the staff. If I could give them a 0 I would. They are incredibly rude and all you ever see them doing is gossiping. I asked for a doctors note and they spoke to me as if i were a child. I’m a grown woman. Now I’m pregnant and they are basically holding my prescription hostage. Please don’t ever go to this office. You will regret having to deal with all these women.
