History

Established in 2001.

Steve founded Titanium Laboratories with a passion for providing customers with skillful pest control service.

As a complete problem-​solver, Steve immediately understood the same characteristics that create an ideal environment for pest infestations also create an ideal environment for mold growth. As a result, Steve consistently discovered & consulted with clients to resolve excess moisture and lack of air flow, leading to mold testing, VOC testing, and naturally mold removal.

Steve promptly entered into another educational program and became nationally certified in mold inspection and mold remediation, and a member of the IAQA. As the owner/​operator of Titanium Laboratories, he personally trains all service staff and oversees all work personally.

Steve has 24+ years service experience and established Titanium Laboratories in 2001. His extensive background includes general construction, pest control, commercial pesticide products, and heating/​cooling in indoor environments.
