If I go to a restaurant and have a reservation at 8PM, I am sat at 8PM. If the restaurant happens to run over the reservation time, someone is usually there to at least apologize. That’s customer service 101. At The Dermatology Group your appointment is at 9AM, but you’re probably not seen until 10:30…and with no apology. Unacceptable and hence why I walked out. You’re overwhelming yourself, Dr., and wasting the time of your patients. Hopefully, it’s not to make that little bit of money to renovate your yacht.

While I like the doctor that has been working on my issues, I have had to wait over an HOUR for each of my two appointments, and the other people in the waiting room clearly have also suffered this unacceptable wait. The second time was even a 7:40AM appointment. My time is too valuable to waste, and I am going to move to another service provider.

Usually, I hate going to the doctor. The whole process – making appointments, the visit, billing. These guys get it right. They use technology to make things easy, not more complex. Great care. No issues with insurance. Highly recommended.
