Established in 2013.

Partners Ken Mertz, Matt Salandra, and John J. Bires Founded «Social Solutions Group LLC» in early 2013. Ken and Matt have an extensive background in the wireless industry. John’s expertise is business development and operations. Their idea was to create a business that went above and beyond standard sales and repair by providing an expert level of advice on mobile service and devices. With the ever changing world of cellular service plans and devices out there, its growing harder for consumers to determine what to purchase. At Social Solutions, we’ve made it our goal to educate you, the consumer, so that you may make a better decision.
