Unfortunately this car wash has gone downhill. I used to frequent this car wash but little by little the quality of wash isn’t the same. I just took it then a couple of minutes ago and it seemed like nothing inside was vacuumed nor wipe clean even though I paid for that service. This wasn’t the only time I’ve had this experience and that’s why it will be the last time I bring my business there.

This is the worst car wash on the planet. I spent $ 20 for the inside and outside to be cleaned. They did a terrible job vacuuming the floor mats and carpet. They didn’t wipe down the dash and when I got home I had to wipe down the whole exterior again cause they spent all of 3 seconds drying it. I really want to go and get my money back.

The quality of their car wash has been declining the last year or two. You might as well save a few dollars and just wait for it to rain because the quality of the exterior wash will be about the same. The interior clean was also terrible. They basically just moved the dust on my dashboard from one side of the dash to the other. I had to re-​clean both the interior and exterior after I got home. Thanks for nothing.

The WORST car wash around. If you would like to have your car, truck, SUV, whatever it may be cleaned and cleaned well, please stay away from this place! I recently went there just to get the outside washed on my SUV being there was a ton of salt build up on it. All in all, they ended up breaking my passenger side mirror right off of my truck, electrical connection & all! I still do not know how this could have happened, but the person they told me I had to contact was the owner & they gave me his cell phone number. When I called him he told me he was not the owner, just the manager and wanted to know how I got his cell phone number which was provided to me by one of the employees there. He was very nasty! Seriously, just STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR AWAY!

All I can say is I’ve been here for 35 minutes. And that’s because these guys make your car look like showroom new. $ 15 bucks and it’s the best series ever. They really pay attention to detail they take their time there’s like three guys working on your car at once it was beautiful I go to some places and pay $ 20 in my car looks worse than when it started. I will never go anywhere else but these guys.

I come here all the time expecting it to get better but it never does. Then I get the coupons and say we’ll it’s right here so I go and bang disappointed again, and now the new owner lowered the coupon amount so the saving don’t justify going here. I here lots of people complain about them a I can’t defend them anymore. On this last visit the guy cleaning the windows left greasy hand prints all over the out side of my windows wtf.

The man that walks the row of cars asking what you want is an idiot. I feel like leaving my window up as he approaches when I’m 10 cars back. I can’t read the sign and I don’t know what I want. But this guy thinks he is speeding up the process? It’s like a waiter asking you to order without ever giving you a menu. Now I have to talk to someone I really don’t like nor do I want to know him.
Today the man did the same thing. I said I wanted the wax on the car so he sells me a «home run» but once I was able to read the sign I wanted the $ 3 more expensive wash. If you’re going to walk a row of cars it’s a good idea to know the customer doesn’t have your menu memorized. Perhaps a nice laminated sheet or jump into 2015, walk the line with an iPad, collect customer data like email addresses and market to them while allowing them to select from a digital menu. You could even greet them by name if you had their license plate number.
This place is so mismanaged I could go on and on. Oil change guy gets to cut the line. If you get an oil change your cars going into the wash next. You should mark with a cone that a car is ahead of the next one in so no one feels they are being slighted.
After the wash, a team of Mexicans descend upon your vehicle wiping and opening but really just drying off. My dash is usually dusty and the head up display glass is always dirty. I just gave up asking and clean it myself. The center console is dirty and there is NO QUALITY CONTROL outside managing these people. When i pay, I generally don’t have the coupon they gave me the last time. It would be nice to apply this electronically as well. My floor mats aren’t installed properly, the seat is up near the steering wheel, it’s a free for all and sad because it could be a gold mine. Now I’m home to get some windex and clean the interior properly.

I haven’t been here in a while and now I remember why. While incredibly over priced they do an decent job washing cars. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for, so I don’t mind paying for quality, however the girl at the front counter was incredibly rude. Grabbed my money from me and not a single pleads try from horror a thank you when I paid a whopping 12 dollars and change for a basic car wash that didn’t include tire shine. This was the exact experience I had last time I was here and I forgot about it until I was reminded by the rude cashier.
I’ve had oil changes done here before, again overpriced but hey I stopped going.
I’ve had multiple cars detailed here before and I must say they do an excellent job cleaning interiors but did an absolutely sub par job cleaning a roadster top on a Cadillac of mine, leaving dirt all over the roof. When I inquired with the owner, they didn’t offer to fix it but rather told me it was too bad.
Bottom line– they offer good products, but they have absolutely awful service from management down, and for that reason I will never return to this establishment that charges top dollar and does not give that kind of customer service.

Clean facility and FAST. I was in and out in about 10 minutes for a regular exterior wash with several cars in front of me.

Please read this. I went there for an oil change. I have been there once so thought they were fine then. But not sure now. 5 minutes into working my car, the technician asked me to come over. They said that my car needs a transmission flush and motor oil flush. I asked why and they said that there was grease in my transmission. I asked the price and they said I will pay 79.99 and 49.99. When I asked how long, they said it will take ¹⁵⁄₂₀ min. That was questionable. Should have been warned then. However they worked in my car for only 10 minutes. I. e for all 3 work — oil change and both the flush. They also charged me higher too. So please beware. Please go there at your own risk and don’t agree to additional work suggested by their technicians.

Great for car washes but be careful of the oil changes. I’ve been getting my oil changed here for several years and today, there are some new guys that are working here that ripped me off by running an engine block additive to get rid of some of the sludge in the engine block and charged me $ 44 for something that I could’ve bought for $ 5 from autozone, drove around in the car, and then got the oil changed for the regular price. They led me to believe that they were going to use some sort of a pump that would flush the engine. This was obviously not the case. This oil change ran me worse than dealer prices. Please beware.

Nice and clean facility. Staff is very thorough, they did a very good job on the family van. Children are ages 1 and 3, so you can imagine the mess inside. It was as thorough as you can get to detailing. Reasonable prices, I think I found me new car wash place.

Never had a bad experience at this car wash. They always do a great job.
It’s great that my oil changes include a free wash. When I don’t need a oil change I go here to keep my car looking great.
I love the different options they offer to wash your car. They also vacuum out my car as a part of the service. Then it gets wiped down after the wash. Just great service. They may cost a little more than others, but you get what you pay for.

I went here a couple of times. Just be sure you watch them drain your oil. because the last time I went here I didn’t even see him drain the oil. he just replace my oil filter. I’m pretty sure less than 2 minutes talking to the cashier when I turn back and watch him he is already replacing my oil filter. The first time I watch them it wasnt that quick… And I saw him drain the oil. I was kinda upset my car wasnt running smooth like the last time.

Asked my brother in law if he knew of any oil change places nearby that were good. He said Major League was supposedly quite good. And he was right. $ 34 oil change and includes a car wash. Service was fast and the job was good. In and out in like 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Super convenient. Will be going here all the time now.

They now expanded and do oil change as well. I love when you can kill 2 birds with one stone… (not that I would ever kill a bird… who came up with that anyway?!)
Free car wash with every oil change, you can get it washed that day for save if for another day. I was in and out in 20 mins! Oh and $ 33
