I’ve come here with my husband for the past year. Even though I feel the owner treats white people better than black or Hispanics, lol. Story– one day I call and said I would like to schedule an appointment and she then ask for my name (gave it to her) she said «Tammy was booked for «2 weeks» I found that a little odd so I called the next day with a different number and provided a different name, I even tried to sound white, lol
Guess what??? I got an appointment. So here I am at the appointment and she looks at me confused like if I didn’t have an appointment. She sits down next to me and gives me a long story of how «Tammy» is allergic. If I wouldn’t mind getting gel instead of using my own nail polish… Ok… then ask me if I can get the «cherry» because she is allergic. She wasn’t allergic 2 weeks ago or for the last past year. I feel very hurt on how she treated me (owner) I’ve been a very loyal customer and tipped very well. I feel sort of discriminated. Nobody should feel like that. I will deff not be back.

I am new to the area and tried Fine Touch this weekend because I saw they were open when I was picking up my dry cleaning across the street. It was an amazing experience! Let me start by saying that I have worn tips for over 20 years and in the days before I had taken a set off and then proceeded to bite my nails almost to the knuckle. lol. I was greeted most pleasantly and sat infront of my technician Lee. She and the other Tech beside her conferred regarding my short nail bed and slim nail area for a minute, in english i might add, no talking about me negatively. Lee spent time to try many different boxes of tips to ensure that I had the best fit possible and the end result is AMAZING! My nails are perfect. The thickness is great and the shape is exactly what I asked for. The end price for my nails was $ 80 but I also has gel polish so the price to me for what I received was well worth it! And i was given a fantastic neck and shoulder massage while my nails dried. Then a hand massage. EXCELLENT! I was so impressed with the job that was done that I made an appointment to have a pedicure later in the day. I arrived back for my appointment and was seated immediately even though walk ins were waiting, so I suggest always making an appointment as they were quite busy both times I was in the salon. My pedicure was done by Blanca (or Bianca, lol didn’t have my glasses on) and it was the best pedicure I have ever had! (I opted for the Organic Pedicure which is the most pricey option but WELL worth the price) During my heat moisturizing session i was given a neck, shoulder, upper back and hand massage which was outstanding! My feet and legs look and feel amazing! I will deff be a return customer! All of the staff and customers I encountered were friendly and seemed to be enjoying their jobs!
Bring cash though because you can not tip on your credit card. Oh, and they have designated parking behind the building which was a perk also!

They’re ok. I normally go get my pedicures done there and it’s usually an ok job. Nothing special, but they do last a while. I do hate, however, how the owner rushes you to pay before your pedicure/​service is even done. I just wanna tell her to relax. I WILL PAY BEFORE I LEAVE. Don’t you worry. Just makes you feel like they think you’re gonna dip as soon as it’s done, lol.

Jackie and I been getting gel manicures since they came out never in my life was as fast and cheaply done as this place did! and for 45 $ you think you would expect more! just for French they charge $ 10 more which every other place I ever went to was either included in the price or $ 5 but I went for it because assuming if the price was high it must be really good service! boy was I wrong!!! 1^st she tried to use the machine to take of my previous gel because it was faster which I stopped her! then she didn’t even soak my hands to cut my cuticles, nope she just pushed them back that’s all she did! and on top of it all I keep telling this woman I don’t like my French straight edge I like it curved on both ends… you think she listened??! no! and I told her about 3x at least! and of
course they were in such hurry she didn’t wait long enough in the drying light so when I left I had bubbles all over my nails! this place needs to learn quality not quantity for those prices…

I’ve been coming here for many years and loved it! Recently I went and had a bad experience. I asked for a gel manicure and the nail tech cut me 5 times!!! She obviously was in a rush and barely touch my cuticles but managed to cut me 5 times!!! Gel manicure is supposed to last 2 weeks well mine barely lasted a week! I complained to the owner about getting cut 5 times and she said don’t worry I’ll give u someone else next time. And preceded to tell me to make sure I tip her!!! I said absolutely not and said tips are received when the job is done right and the customer is happy!!! I told the owner I would not be coming back again!!!

Ok, first off, I went here for about a year on a regular basis with no problem. Always got the same nail tech. No complaints… Then, one day, I show up for my appointment, and they didn’t show me scheduled. Let me say that I had called one day to reschedule my appointment. Whoever took the schedule change apparently didn’t write it in the book. So, when I got there, they’re looking at me funny, like I just showed up with no appointment. And, as my regular nail tech was already working on someone else, the owner was pissed. So, she starts working on me. Then they squeezed me in with my regular tech, and boy was I rushed. They were talking about me in whatever language they use, and it was pretty intense. I was totally stressed. They’re the ones who screwed up, not me, and the tech tried to apologize, even though i told her I HAD rescheduled. That was the worst mani I ever got that day, and the experience made me feel like I was supposed to apologize to them for their screw up. I almost didn’t leave a tip, but it wasn’t the tech’s fault. The owner who was usually nice, was a total biotch that day. NEVER went back, and I do not care!

So I am updating my negative review from months ago. I was desperate and last minute came here and they have really turned things around here. Everything went extremely well. My pedicure, though quick, came out great and again they give great foot massages. My gel manicure came out sensational! She was able to give my little stubs a french manicure (I have attached pic) they were all friendly and not rushing. I am happy I gave them another try. Also the place is well kept and very clean. They also sell flip flops there which is a plus!

Awesome salon with friendly staff. The place is super clean which is a must. The pedicures are long and relaxing and the gel manicures are great too! I showed Jackie a picture of the nail art I wanted and she did an amazing job.

This place is my go to for mani /​pedi. The staff is always friendly and I always leave happy. Definitely recommend this place

I’ve been going there on and off for about 3 years. I never get my nails done there just pedicures. The girls who do the pedicures most are good, luicia estella and rosa being the best. But I feel in order to get a good pedicure u have to get a spa pedicure which is fine but every 2 weeks like I go it gets expensive. I’m not cheap with servicesv at all but 45 – 55 a pedi plus s 10 – 15 $ tip racks up. I hit a kinda bump and still wanted pedis but I hada drop my tips to 5 – 10 $ and the result of that was attitude from the owners. I even at one point had the owner sonny tell me I had to tip 20 $ for an 80 $ Bill because «they only work off tips» 1 the service deserved 10 $ at a most because I was not completely satified 2 I work in the business and I know for a fact you get paid commission, if not thats completely illegal. And 3. 20% of 80 is not 20 so don’t tell me I need to tip 20% which is 20 because its not. I wanted to leave and not tip but I can’t do that. The was the downfall for them. I avoided them for a bit but every so often I go for a spa pedi because they are good. I give it 3 stars for the pedi but for customer service its about a 2.

I have been going there for awhile with no complaints, but I landed up going the other week to get a set of clear gels. They peeled off of 7 nails within the week! I was upset, but even more so because I landed up getting engaged that week and my nails were not even lasting!
I went back and they were denying I could have gotten them done there a week ago, but sat me down anyways. Once seated they started on my nails and I asked if I would have to pay. She stated that I wouldn’t have to pay entirely… I quickly got up and just left. I have never been so upset in my life.

Was going here for about 7 months with no major complaints. At my last vist, I had a girl I had never seen before for an LCN fill. TERRIBLE JOB! I wasn’t paying too much attention while there but when I left I realized how think and aweful the job was; I should have gone back but did not have time. And I didn’t receive the usual massage after. They often ignore the cuticles during fills, too. Never going back. Will miss Rosa, though, she gave a good pedicure.

The first couple times I went it was great. Alittle pricey but worth it. Today I went and they butchered me! Every nail I have they cut so short it hurts. Not one nail was evenly filed. My pedicure looks like someone stepped on my feet and broke my toe nails. I could have done a better job my self. My eyebrows were completely uneven. It width and length… All of this was completely noticeable and she just let it go. You can tell she was new so I kind of bit my tongue. But after I got home and saw how bumpy my skin was from her waxing my eyebrows and all of the mess on my hands and feet and the fact I spent $ 50 for all of this the day before memorial day weekend started I realized I need to say something. I don’t know her name and she was sweet but should not by any means be working in a nail salon and I will NEVER go back.

Awful. ‘Short and square’ must also mean ‘cut to the quick’. My finger tips are bloody stumps and she didn’t even take off my old nail polish. My nails are lumpy, and my pedicure was terrible. There are dry patches on the bottom of my feet!
