***UPDATE*** Went a few weeks ago for the kids’ semi-​annual cleaning. Two new dentists have joined the practice as I believe a health condition now restricts the prior dentist from practicing, and I had the opportunity to meet both. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names, but they left an impression — a good one! Both were friendly, energetic and good with the kids (my son saw one and my daughter the other). My previous rating has now been improved by one star. Now, if only the hours of service could be more flexible… if they offered evenings, Friday visits or even an ocassional weekend opportunity, that would be great.

Dr. Carron has been treating my daughter for 7 years or more. My daughter is very strong willed, and she needs extra attention when going to the Dentist, Dr. Carron gets the job done as quickly as possible to minimize stress on my daughter, and the Hygienists are wonderful with my daughter, they are patient and caring. I am very happy with our experience here, I recommend this place all the time to people with difficult children.

Dr Carron should not be a pediatric dentist… ESPECIALLY not one that specializes in special needs children. I took my step son here a few times and it is because of them that he was terrified of the dentist. He has downs syndrome and we were told this was a good place to take him. They strapped him to the dental chair in what looked like a straight-​jacket instead of sedating him and calming his fears. Not only does she treat her clients like pure crap, she talks to her coworkers even worse. Unbelievable.
