I moved in May, 2014, using Palmer Moving. The crew they sent was outstanding in the way they worked with us, the way they took care of our property they were moving and the way they protected our old house and new home during the move. We liked the service so much, we arranged for them to move our son three months later, this time packing the house for the move. The experience again was just as good with a different crew. The company must give their crews terrific training. I normally do not make recommendations or write reviews. This company is so good, I have already recommended them to two other families we know who are getting ready to move.

I moved in August and my move was a nightmare. Several items were scratched, mattresses were dirtied because they did not wrap the furniture. I was quoted $ 1700 for the move and ended up paying almost $ 2500. My tv and console were dropped and destroyed during the move. It took 12 hours for them to load up, drive 35 miles and unload the furniture. We did our own assembly once it was moved to the new house, because it was already 12 hours and we were paying overtime. On a positive note, we did receive reimbursement for the tv and the console, but I would not use this company again.
