My personal team, Gary J. Reggish & Associates, has worked directly with numerous private clients and banks with extremely high approval ratings. Our clients enjoy working with us because we care about them. We value communication and honesty. We understand that real estate is a referral business and the only way to get referrals is to take care of our clients first. Our duties in addition to marketing properties for sale/​assistance in the purchase of real estate include: short sale consultations; property vacancy checks; communication with the borrower in default and negotiate cash for keys; assistance in property preservation including, but not limited to coordinating property weatherization, cleaning, painting, minor repairs and landscaping.

As supervising broker of Remerica United Realty, I have overseen over 400 transactions yearly, including short sale and foreclosed properties, held by Remerica United Realty
