History

Established in 1988.

Automotive Techniques was started in 1988 by Jeff Jones and was originally located in Novi, MI for the first 10 years. After relocating to a shop in Farmington Hills for a brief period, Automotive Techniques returned to Novi to plant its permanent roots. Since moving back to Novi, Automotive Techniques has repaired every type of European car imaginable. Our most common brands of automobiles we work on include Audi, BMW, Porsche, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, and Aston Martin.

Business Owner

Jeff is the owner of Automotive Techniques and has been working with European cars for many years. He is knowledgeable about all parts of cars and is always excited about a new project. Coming from the dealer side he knew that overcharging and not knowing customers on a personal level was not the approach for him. Jeff is well known in the Porsche community for air cooled engine repair.
