I haven’t able to use Outlook (combined with Gmail) since I got my Surface three years ago. Love Outlook. And Robert Bakerian just made it all happen for me. Pretty complicated, and he made it seem simple. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. And they can work with you remotely in most cases. Really. They understand both Microsoft and Google. Nobody else has it all like they do.

After several incredibly frustrating attempts at syncing my 3 devices, non-​functioning emails, etc., I ran into a street sign pointing me into R & R Consulting. (I hung up on The Geek Squad who wanted $ 100 with no guarantee of repair, just that they would try, At&T with their endless digital loops and paid $ 75 to another computer repair shop in Novato who did not repair my issues at all) Thank God for R & R Consulting! Robert and Russell are not only professional and proficient, they’re affordable and pretty darn nice guys! I am so thrilled to have found honest and efficient computer repair professionals. I will recommend them to anyone needing a positive technology repair experience. I hope to use them for my website updating as well. Will write about that experience later! So grateful! Use them with confidence and actually enjoy the process, stress free, task complete with confidence and a smile. Yay!

I have a 5 year old Netbook that was slowing down. Instead of investing in a new computer right away I brought it to these guys to see what they could do for me.
They cleaned it up, added some RAM for me and it runs fast and efficient like when I first bought it.
I’m hoping to get another couple of years out of this one before I really need to upgrade to another.

Called them regarding a MacBook Pro operating system problem so set up an appointment; Russ walked me through a fix on the phone and would not accept payment for his advice. For any future problem, I will definitely visit, and pay, them!

Russell and Robert are a great team! I was able to get help with a website issues posting to an online blog and purchase a refurbished laptop at a reasonable price! I will be hiring these fellows to build a gaming computer for my son. It’s wonderful to find yet another small Independent business owner (s) in Novato with excellent skill sets. R and R covers service, tech, IT, hardware and can explain how it all works.

My computer was old and slowing down. I searched around but couldn’t make up my mind whether to go apple or pc (I use some of both). I was operating on windows XP and have tons of documents and pictures on PC. I didn’t like windows 8 or 8.1. My wife’s boss recommended I call R&R. Robert set me up with windows 7 professional, transferred all the stuff from my old pc to a new one with 1 terabyte, set up the printers to be wireless and came to my house to clean up my spaghetti factory of wires. When I moved everything due to some work being done, he came back and straightened everything again. Very knowledgable and I would go so far as to say brilliant, and very pleasant. I highly recommend their company!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for computer needs and website services. I needed a almost complete overhaul of my computers and websites for my business. These guys from start to finish got me the best deals and best systems for my needs. Robert is very knowledgeable in computers and made sure everything transferred smoothly and seamlessly from my old systems. It’s been great having the option of remote access which helped when I encounter problems. Makes it convenient that Robert can hop on and fix it right away. Russel also is one of the most creative guys to work with making it very easy to setup a great website and logo. Russel made sure that everything was absolutely perfect. This kind of quality is what I was looking for and both Robert and Russel surpassed it. It’s very hard to find people who really know what they are doing. Don’t waste your money elsewhere. I will hands down go to these guys from now on for all my computer and website needs. Thanks again guys for the great service.
