History
Established in 1995.
Award-winning master chef Michael Goldstein has been at the forefront of the creative event experience for over 40 years. In 1973 Michael founded the renown and acclaimed 464 Magnolia Restaurant.
In 1995 Michael Goldstein Catering was founded. Over the years we have designed and catered hundreds of Weddings, Corporate, Non profit and other Social events throughout The San Francisco Bay Area.
MG Events has partnered with some of the finest event venues in The Bay Area including: City Hall, Ralston Hall, Guild Hall, Aviation Museum, Sonoma Garden Pavilion, Golden Gate Yacht Club, San Francisco International Airport Museum, and The Outdoor Art and Garden Club to name a few.

Caterer and award-winning master chef Michael Goldstein has been at the forefront of the creative experience for over 40 years. Catering for Marin and the San Francisco Bay Area is Chef Goldstein’s profession. He is a dedicated craftsman who works full-time in the food and event industry. Chef Goldstein’s culinary talents combined with his knowledge of fine wines brings value, a cornucopia of savory tastes, and elegant presentation, certain to please and satisfy you and your most discriminating guests.
