Jerry Schneider Termite & Structural Pest Control

Hired this company to do a termite inspection in preparation of selling a property. I knew what the issues were going to be I just needed the firm «section 1» amounts for the costs so I could correctly price the property and get a true «as is» sale. Well, this clown wrote a report that have NO PRICES for almost all the section 1 items. All it did was restate what I already knew about the condition of the property, but without the prices for the section on items I was unable to get a true as is sale of my property. Ended up not selling it, in part because of the incompetency of this company. Their report was basically USELESS! They also demanded a check up front but never sent me a receipt. I would recommend NO ONE us them. They really should not be in business.

This company is a fraud. The owner came to my house and inspected cross space and he couldn’t even get out. Anyway he said he would send a report after he went back to office. I have never received the report. I called many times and left messages. No response at all. It seems the owner is selling his office, or bankrupt, or dead.
BTW, the check was cashed the following day after inspection.

This company has been around for years. I have recommended them to people in Marin and they are awesome! Patty who answers the phone is very knowledgeable and makes the customer feel at ease. Jerry is a pleasant professional and tells you up front exactly what needs to be done.
