Carlos M. has been working in many restaurants around San Francisco during 2004, analising the Bay Area food scene in search for new ingredients, techniques and to know a little bit more about the preferences of the California palates. Now he is trying to reflect his origins, his traditions combined with all the influences he met here, in this cultural melting pot.
