Had purchased a ring from the harford mall pagoda and a diamond fell out of the ring. They’re CZ’s so no biggie.
Stop by this location and explained what happen. And in less then 30sec she gave me a replacement. NOW THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A GOOD WARRANTY…
Also was looking at some gold. And the employee was ultra helpful.
