Established in 2012.

I started my career off as a full time firefighter that eventually led to a full time mobile detailing business. I started this business as a part time gig to make extra money on my days off at the fire house.

Bought a Living Social deal and regret it horribly. Never returned calls, then when I went thru link THEY gave Living Social they still never responded. Unprepared and unprofessional.
Fighting for refund now.
Sucks that Unilocal is forcing me to rate even one star. They get NO star from me.

I spent money for a Living Social Coupon, which the company offered for ½ price auto detailing. They never return calls or attempt to even do the work. They only collect $ without doing anything. I must have called 10 times. DO NOT TRUST THEM. You have been warned.

Bought a living social deal. Figured why not get my car cleaned and detailed without the hassle of leaving home?
My experience with grime 2 shine was intensely frustrating. First, it was not easy to schedule the appointment. I tried calling multiple times with no answer, ended up emailing them and receiving a call back 2 days later.
The driver called me about an hour before my appt as he is not from the area and does not know Baltimore. I attempted to tell him I was RIGHT off of 95 and he said «Wait, I’m not from the area so you can’t tell me that.» I’m not sure how much more clear I can be. My appt was at 4 pm. He again called me at 4:10 saying he was running late, asking again for directions. He was 15 min away. 45 minutes later, i called him asking where he was. I couldn’t full understand him but essentially he missed the exit twice. An hour and a half later I called the driver and he had no idea where he was after again missing the exit.
I called them and cancelled my voucher. Severely disappointed. Wasted 2 hours of my time and added so much frustration to my otherwise great day. Thanks grime 2 shine for ruining my day :(
