I used these folks to move my archaic corporate voicemail system from Cambridge to Boston and provide continued customer support. Of all of the companies I’ve worked with for various telecommunications needs, Shared Technologies is the only one who have been consistently available and knowledgeable about their services and products. They show up on time and their representatives are empowered to either fix your problem or locate someone who can in a timely fashion. Surprisingly positive experience from an industry that is so consistently poor that one just expects to get jerked around.
