My coworker and I have ordered lunch from here a couple of times. Each time, they were super fast with delivery and everything was right. I’ve tried the buffalo chicken wrap and the cheeseburger sub, both of which were incredible, even despite sitting on my desk at work for at least 30 minutes after delivery because I was too busy to eat right away. On top of it all, prices are reasonable. Will definitely keep this place in mind whenever we need to order lunch!

This was the BEST pizza I have ever had! My boyfriend and I came here for Valentines Dinner because we are pizza lovers from California. The staff was so awesome and kind and made a special pizza for us! I wish I lived here sk I could come more often! Must try!!!

A hidden gem! Don’t blink or you’ll miss this«hole in the wall» restaurant. I eat more than my fair share of pizza and their hot Hawaiian is my absolute favorite. A must try!

Best pizza in Norwood, not much of a dining area but it’s what you would expect, it’s only a pizza place but the pizza makes it worth it

Their pizza is fantastic, I order it all the time. Beware of their salads though. My boyfriend eats anything and couldn’t eat a salad from them, warm soft lettuce(not fresh) rest of the vegetables also rubbery and gross. Buffalo chicken was soggy frozen tenders soaked in sauce. Antipasto didn’t look appetizing at all. Will order pizza and fries, nothing else.

Tables are always unclean /sticky. Older guy seems ok, but rest of workers disorganized. Food is ok at best. Pay when you order … guy chased me through the parking lot one time because they thought I didn’t pay, had to go back in and then they remembered payment. Went yesterday with two coworkers, placed three orders and only got two(after a half hour wait). Not going back. They’ve been in business for decades, not sure how.

OK pizza, if you’re in a hurry and not too picky. The crust is a bit too buttery and tomato sauce kind of bland for our taste. Toppings were generous and cheese was OK. Side salad was OK, too.

This place has been around as long as I can remember. A few decades atleast. I’m pretty sure it has new ownership but I think they kept the same recipe for the sauce. There pizza is awesome and has that local pizza flavor that the big chains just cant match. The subs are very good but the chicken finger dinner is lacking. This is the trifecta of pizza shops for me. Pizza first, subs second and chicken finger dinner third. They have a very good two out of three. Get the pizza and you will not be disappointed.

Seriously the best pizza in town! I always drove by it and I have lived in Norwood for a couple years and have never tried it. It is tucked away in a little strip mall, so I never thought much about it. I love this place! The small pizza lasts me for two days! And their french fries are soooo OMG good! New England Greek Style pizza is hard to get right, this place nailed it. Think crispy, golden crust… essentially fried because it’s coated with oil and baked in a pan. The closest thing to Lou Malnati’s I’ll get outside of Chicago! So if you are a fan of NY style, try Tuscany up the street — le fiancé loves that place… me, not my so much. I’ll be damned that it took me so long to try this lil’ hole in the wall… which are always the best places to get food anyways. I’ll be back soon:)

Food is always fantastic. Quick delivery. Large selection. I love their food so much that I cannot order the same item from a different place without being disappointed.

Ordered a large cheeseburger sub. It was f n bad. Should have ordered cardboard with cheese. Took one bite and thru it out. I see everyone likes there pizza on this site and I never tried it. I never will after I seen the poor quality meat they use for there burgers. They should be ashamed of themselves. Instead of bickering with each other they should taste the patty they call a hamburg patty

Great food! I wonder if they would take it personally if I commented on their customer service? I actually think the product is perfect, but I sensed some tension in the kitchen on this last trip. Don’t give up on this business because of me. Maybe I was having a bad day?

This spot is a great local sub shop with a nice staff that is fast and always on point with the orders. The wraps are great, especially the chicken bacon wrap and buffalo chicken. You do need to look hard for it, it is tucked in back where Staples and Ocean State Job Lot is located, so get onto Route 1 South and enter that plaza from any point and drive to the back.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place! I am a sucker for their pizza. That’s it. That’s what makes this place so awesome. Their pizza has this unique sauce flavor that keeps me wanting some more! The staff is conveniently fast and friendly. Sure the interior is not ideal for a romantic anniversary date, but this is a place you come and enjoy a delicious slice of pizza, or two, or a whole box. The missing star is for it being so far away from my house. But other than that, Royal’s is conveniently located off the Providence Highway and you must try a slice!

Why I’ll go back: Delicious and consistent pizza at a reasonable price You HAVE to order: the Greek salad, fries Tony’s Tip: Delivery is usually pretty fast, so if you’re already home, just let them bring it to you. Ok, so I have many options. I can order Domino’s, or Pizza Hut. I can drive up the street to Bertucci’s. I can even swing by the high end Santucci’s. But I find myself ordering from Royal nearly every time. Why? 1. A generous helping of cheese on the pizza and a sauce that’s on the sweet side hit the spot every time. 2. I don’t know why, cuz it seems pre-made and pretty traditional, but the Greek salad is fabulous! Tastes fresh, with just the right balance of lettuce, feta cheese, and vegetable garnishes. 3. Love the fries! Moist, with that flaky, crunchy outside, and good-to-go w/o salt or ketchup. 4. Prices are very reasonable — certainly much cheaper than Bertucci’s or Santucci’s. 5. I feel good about supporting this local sole proprietorship, which has been here for over a decade. I usually order a pepperoni or a Hawaiian. They have a good selection of ingredients. A sleeper is the breaded eggplant. But I wish they had artichokes, and sundried tomatoes for that matter. I’ve also ordered(and enjoyed) an Italian sub(cold). I am still amused every time I place an order with Royal. Sometimes they take my phone number, sometimes not. Sometimes they tell me the price, sometimes not. Most of the time, they just take the order, tell you it’ll be ready in 15 minutes, and say«thanks.» And, yet, you can always trust ‘em to get it right.

It can be a tough place to find since it is in the corner of a mall, but the pizza is well worth looking this place up. I love Greek pizza and they have one of the best around.

We just happened to be staying in one of the hotels in Norwood, and were looking for something quick, cheap and even greasy to eat, and saw a sign directing us to pizza just across the way. The only problem is that it took us a while to find the place. The first problem is that there aren’t a lot of places where you can turn on the main highway through Norwood. The second problem is that the shop is pretty well hidden way back in a corner of a strip mall, and it’s not easy to find, but it is there. If you should manage to find your way back into the corner, then it’s well worth the effort, because the subs are fresh, made to order and huge — even the small are easily capable of feeding two people, probably with some left over. Unfortunately, we weren’t in town long enough to try out the pizza, but if we’re ever there again, we will certainly do so.

Royal Pizza is very cheap, very fast, but very greasy! It’s your basic pizza shop. I’m surprised it gets business because it’s practically hidden in an almost forgettable plaza. It is however across from a few hotels on rt. 1 in Norwood, so hopefully someone staying in one of the hotels sees this and gives them some business.
