Ok… Comcast is awful. Looking at reviews for other offices (Braintree, Wellesley, Needham … ALL 1 — 1.5 stars), I would bet most people agree with me.
I’ve had the same experience, awful services from Comcast. Yet, here they were so helpful and everything I wanted was completed in a timely and orderly fashion. They also didn’t make me pay as much, so in that case this place is better than I thought. MUCH better than the Braintree location, unless you have time to wait throughout 10 person lines (which I DON’T!), than come here.
Secretly located off Rte 1, on Vanderbilt Ave.
