I scheduled an appointment with carol’s auto body and the person I dealt with (he always was there and answered all the calls) was the most rude and angry person I have EVER dealt with. He repeatedly hung up in my face when I politely asked him a question; there is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer so egregiously!
I would never do business with this body shop as they have extreme anger issues and have no regard whatsoever for the customer. I can’t honestly give carol’s even one star.

This is a great shop! They do a fantastic job (and I’m super picky with my car). After someone scraped the entire right hand side of my car recently, I brought it here and they restored it to as good as new! My car was even detailed inside and out — including shining up the tires. They really go above and beyond. They also worked with my insurance to make sure it was restored to new, which meant that they had to do some extra work above the original estimate. I appreciate that they made sure my car was as good as new because I take extra good car of the vehicle and it still looks new after 11 years!

I was referred here by Jim’s Automotive (best mechanics ever) after I got in an accident with my Lexus. They did an incredible job, my car is like new and you cannot tell that it has ever been in an accident. Their service was friendly, fast and they kept me abreast of the status of my repairs. I will definitely use them for all of my auto body needs.
