We are a private, patient-​centered, comprehensive primary care practice that specializes in primary care for the whole family. Committed to providing the highest-​quality preventive, acute and chronic care with compassion and support, we offer a full range of services for adults and adolescents, such as adult primary care, adolescent primary care, cardiology, diabetes education and management, internal medicine, stress tests and on-​site lab.

We are accepting new patients, so we invite those looking to join our practice to schedule an introductory office visit. New patients can often be seen within a week, and same-​day sick visits are available to existing patients. Our convenient location is easy to access and offers ample parking.

History

Established in 2011.

As part of the Boston Medical Center/​Boston University family, our practice is held to the discerning standards set by the institution. And like BMC, we provide the highest-​quality care combined with an ongoing passion to treat each and every patient with respect, warmth and compassion.

We provide care under the leadership of Dr. Louis Silvagnoli, Jr., Medical Director for Boston University Affiliated Physicians of Neponset Valley. Dr. Silvagnoli graduated from University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, San Juan, PR. He completed his residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Puerto Rico and at Joslin Diabetes Center/​New England Deaconess Hospital, Boston, MA. Dr. Silvagnoli specializes in adult and adolescent primary care, diabetes and internal medicine. He is also fluent in Spanish.
