I simply called them and Ray was nice enough to handle everything over the phone super fast. The drop-​off was painless and fast. I had an experience with another car rental business in Norwood recently. Not only did Avis outprice them, but their down to earth, friendly business demeanor would definitely make me choose them first again. They don’t make you feel like you are being put on trial simply for renting a vehicle.
