Z-​Ultimate Self Defense Studios specializes in professional group and private instruction for men, women, and children. The combination of our dynamic and structured group classes with our one-​on-​one personalized training sessions creates a level of quality that is hard to find anywhere else. We help make the martial arts accessible to anyone and everyone. Children will benefit from the disciplined and goal-​oriented progression, while adults can relieve stress and overcome fears by strengthening their minds and bodies, in a fun and positive environment.

History

Established in 2008.

We opened our doors in May of 2008. Since then we have taught hundreds of students, thousands of classes, sponsored many community events such as «Don’t Bully Me» and «Abduction Awareness and Prevention» Classes for neighborhood kids, Women’s Self Defense Seminars for the women of our neighborhood, and countless special organization classes for local schools and colleges, and Girl’s Scouts and Boy’s Scouts of America.

We have a great staff and even better students… they are the ones who make our school an awesome place to train and grow in the martial arts!

Manager

Having trained in numerous martial arts throughout his life, Marcos knew he was home when he started training in Kempo over 10 years ago. He loved it for it’s adaptability and realism. He knew almost immediately that he no longer wanted to be a student, but wanted dedicate his life to helping others find their way. The Martial Arts have always had a central role in his life, and it is his privilege to be able to give something back by working hard to teach with integrity and respect, and pass on the quality and traditions that his Masters have entrusted him with.
