The Courtyards Apartments

Coming from a prior AMC LIVING apartment I was super skeptical about moving here… Well lord only knew I was in for a superb living experience! Everyone here (staff) is super friendly ESPECIALLY Amy. Every time I walk inside her office it’s an awesome friendly experience, like if we’ve known each other for years! Yes you do get some PICKY neighbors who complain about everything even a simple dog bark, but besides from that management here is top notch and grass area is always well trimmed and nicely kept. So if you’re looking for a wonderful home living experience with great staff look no further The courtyards is for you! :)

Management is top notch here, won’t find it better anywhere else. Their attention to detail and the fact that they actually are there for the residence are what sold me. Location is great for me since I work a field job that takes me everywhere around SoCal (close to major freeways, traffic isn’t as bad as I thought it would be, relatively speaking). Price point was right in my range and I got a recently renovated place. Also comes with pools and a fitness center, which makes it great to put in a quick workout (if you need free weights you should keep your gym membership, there are plenty of gyms around). Close to most stores you would need, and I have never lived this close to Costco (amazing!). Quite hours between 10pm — 8am (also means gym and laundry facilities are closed during that time), but in general the neighbors are friendly and quiet, and the place definitely feels safe (security patrols at night and the place is gated). Place is also NO SMOKING, which actually makes it possible to open windows without worrying about secondhand smoke. They are small pet friendly, too. Management will help you get an extra parking spot for a bit more a month if one is available, otherwise, guest parking is really just street parking. Place is really kept up well, and any issues can be brought up with the management or maintenance who, again, are actually there to help (can’t stress that enough, especially if you have lived at apartments where it is impossible to get a hold of anyone from management). Rent and all utilities can be paid online (some with a fee, but you can always do bill pay with your bank).

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the warm welcome we received since we walk in the front office and not to mention the cookies they always have. We stayed 1 year in the courtyard apartments and we have nothing to say but great stuff, And all thanks to their stuff members too.

I’m big on customer service and from my 1^st phone call inquiring about availability, customer service was on point, i had to go check it out… It was love at first sight…2 pools and a jacuzzi, nice and clean laundry facility, grills for cookouts, park benches and lots of grass for picnics, not to mention my favorite A GYM!!! Everything is right here, the supermarket and 99cents store is in walking distance as well. My 2 bedroom is very spacious with large closets, new appliances. I like coming home, it has a resort-​type feel. Much thanks to Amy and Charlotte for making this transition so smooth and care-​free.

Stop your search and become a resident at The Courtyards. Believe me when I say there is no better place out here in the area. After being hired in LA, I was forced to move out of Orange County. It took me about a month to finally move into The Courtyards after spending countless hours researching ALL my options. This place really has it all. The location is great, the price is low, the complex is immaculate, and Amy is nothing short of amazing. She really helped my first time renter experience be a great one.
I have zero negative comments about these apartments, but I do recommend renting on the first floor though. It can get a bit toasty upstairs. Other than that, you can’t go wrong renting here at The Courtyards!

My wife and I just moved into our place here and we both agree that we couldn’t had made a better decision to live here. I moved with my 9 month old and 2 dogs and they adjusted so quickly. My son loves the family oriented community. My dogs love the dog park where they get their exercise in and my wife and I love our friendly neighbors next to us. Amy is the greatest and has a great supportive staff under her ensuring great quality customer service. The only thing my wife and I see that would force us to leave is when we are ready to buy our first home. Till then, we are happy to call the Courtyards our home.

Charlotte is an excellent Leasing Consultant at the Courtyards Apartments. She is always friendly, courteous and willing to assist you. I enjoy her presence at the Leasing office.

When it comes to service they’re absolutely great. I needed an apartment fast and from day 1 Charlotte handled her business. The office staff checked on me prior to moving in and that made me feel wonderful because this is something they didn’t have to do. My apartment is wonderful and is located near the leasing office. I wake up to the smell of freshly baked cookies now it doesn’t get any better than that!

They have great customer service when you walk in and make you feel right at home. The best cookies in he office as well. Smiles everywhere. The apartments are nice and cozy. Nice pool and dog park. Maintenance helps out whenever needed and right away
