Taco Bell

This one star is one too many. I came to this establishment at 12:50 which claims they close at 1am. Not only would the male and female employee not serve me, but they would not even come to the window to speak to me. I can only hope the manager or owner reads this and fires these two incompetent, lazy workers (October 30^th, 12:50am). I am a huge Taco Bell fan but after driving out of my way to come to this location, it has ensured that I will never return to this specific franchise. At 12:58am I went across the street to an In-​N-​Out, who also closes at 1am, and was served a delicious burger.

This review is for the Taco Bell in Norwalk, CA (Pioneer/Rosecrans)-zero stars! Got food poisoning! Don’t ever order the chicken tostada salad! The ingredients did not taste good*!~the shell was horrible} it was fried in old oil!?! It tasted bitter, spoiled= not fresh*!!!

Wanted some Taco Bell at 1am, drove there to find all the lights turned off inside (never seen before because it’s open late) because the people inside are so lazy and they don’t want people to know they are open I’m assuming — we went to the drive thru anyway just to see — and the lady was so incredible rude — ignored us after we ordered and then kept interrupting us with «hold on» in a really rude tone. We told her she was rude and chose to eat somewhere else. She didn’t care one bit either.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I hope who ever was working tonight reads this Unilocal!Your not being funny we see you hiding. As soon as you see our car pull up to the drive through you go running to the back it was only 12:40 your really going to close 20 min early.

No!!! This is place is bad customer service! I’m currently pregnant and I had cravings for bean and cheese burritos… The guys asked me if I wanted onions on it and I said no!!! Why do I get my burritos to be loaded with onions? Man I’m so mad… And to top it off they put like 5 little pieces of cheese!!! Don’t come to this place!!! I called the store to complain and their number is a fax machine!!! :/

This place is good during «normal business hours». However, the place states they are open 24hrs which is simply not true.

i could say for a taco bell, it was really good. Didnt have much expectation from taco bell but it was good. i would try it another day. thanks

For one trying to visit this place for the first time, it can prove annoying to drive in when it’s at the corner of an intersection. Once you figure it out, though, you’ll also realize that it’s drive thru only. While this may come off as an unpleasant surprise to some, I was quite impressed with the service I received here.
Before I go further, I only ever come here at night, so the staff I’m exposed to may vary based on hours. That said, the staff here are exceptional. I’m not talking about how they never get my food wrong, either. I’m talking about how friendly their voices are– whether they know it or not, they’re really kind. You would almost assume they’re new because they’re «actually enjoying their jobs», but I hear the same voices every time I go, and I approve of their good attitudes.
Anyway, despite the good service, Taco Bell has always been a little overpriced, especially when I’m constantly flipping the coin on it with its most significant similar-​product competitor, Del Taco. You can never go wrong with their mexican pizzas or doritos locos tacos. Frankly, it’s the only reason why I ever go here comparatively to Del Taco.

So… Wayyyyyyyyyy back in the day when I didn’t know any better, I thought that the Beef MexiMelt was a damn good meal. Well, it’s been years upon years since I’ve even thought about ordering that stuff. Nowadays, it’s the 99 cent nachos and caramel apple empanada that would cause me to take a right from Rosecrans and into this drive thru. Why those two only? Well, ya’ got your salty-​crunchy-​sorta-​spicy and then ya’ got your sweet-​soft-​gooey-​greasy.
Alright… I’m done with this review. A touch embarrassed that I even dine here. Definitely NOT your authentic Mexican-​American fare… Go across the street for that…

This is our normal Taco Bell that we go to for those nights that it is late, the family is hungry and tonight is a school night. I would give this place a 3 star due to order accuracy, however the folks at this location are always friendly and courtieous. Plus the food quality is what we expect for what we pay for. If you are going through the drive thru, enter on Pioneer. This is because if you enter on Rosecranse, you will either have to wait for the cars that are coming off Pioneer or you will need to cut in line and risk pissing off the neighborhood cholo/​la.
