I haven’t been to this carwash in months, but decided to stop by earlier to wash the truck, bad decision! I bought the «platinum+» wash, which is their best one, and was very unhappy with the results! The front wheels were dirty, dirt/​water streaks along the side, and there was a black grease drip on the hood that wasn’t there before! Now I remember why I go to the one on Carmenita instead.

I just paid $ 13.00 for a platinum plus which includes your tires, etc. To my surprise when I drove out of the wash, my car was still dirty from the doors to the back bumper of the car. My yellow towel was filthy dirty when I was done wiping down. There was no direction for me to tell someone or show someone how this car was not washed. I will never go back there again. I could’ve paid the same amount for a hand wash and got better service.
Please if you go to this location. Ask them how to get in touch with them, to show them the wash didn’t work before you drive in

I always get the $ 6 economy wash. It’s satisfactory and fast for that price. Includes free vacuum in each car port. Yes, occasionally some are broken or they don’t suck well (that’s what she said). I think they eventually get around to fixing them. I don’t know… I try not to get worked up over vacuums. I simply try not to go when the place is slammed, so I’ve never had a problem finding working dirt suckers. Hint: Don’t pull into a car port that is missing a vacuum hose or if a hose is on the floor. That’s a good sign they probably aren’t working.
I am in my final days of being an EXCLUSIVE economy wash member. When I signed up it was $ 10/​month, so after 2 washes a month I got my money’s worth. Shortly after becoming a member, it was bumped to $ 16/​month without any notification, which I did not complain about. I simply thought I could go at least 3 times a month to get my money’s worth. That became too troublesome, so it is simply not worth it anymore.
I do have to say thanks to the daily staff that work here. They look to be college aged workers trying to earn an honest buck. They all work hard and are mostly professional. I can only remember one time where one of the guys that guides your car into the track having resting dick face. Other than him, peaches.
It was good while it lasted Russell Fischer. I do have to say you are the best drive thru partial self service car wash I’ve been to for whatever that’s worth.

I am writing my review based on the superior customer service I received from an employee named Suzie. She was attentive and professional, and this car wash needs more people like her. I got the tire shine option but the machine didn’t do it. I notified her and she not only refunded my money but she gave me a car wash pass for next time for the inconvenience (she said it was an issue they’ve been having and trying to fix). She didn’t have to do that! So, based on that, I give it 5 stars. She was quick and friendly with her customer service, too. Great experience here.

This just sucks I have been a member here for over 2 years nothing ever wrong but today the guy who lined me up for the car wash lined my up to close to the rail and scratch up both of my driver side rims this sucks I will never come back here again and they are not even over sized rims.

Never coming here again. Had bad customer service the last 2 times I was here. On 11/​19/​2015 around 10:15am I drove in for a $ 9 wash. Nobody was attending the front to guide my car inside the wash for a good 10 minutes, so I assumed I had to bring myself in. Went in, had to reverse, and then A worker that was supposedly on his break finally went out to finally help me. Before he did, he knocked on my window and said to me, «nobody is out here.» In my head, I said «No Shxt, Sherlock.» And then he tells me to never try and go in myself again because he told me, «If something happens to your car, you don’t want to be the one at fault for it.» Fuck that. Peace out Russel Fischer Xpress.

Literally the worst. I wish I were joking when I say this, but I literally pulled out of this car wash AFTER having my car washed and had to go to the express wash off of Leffingwell to get it rewashed correctly. Their machines do not do a good job at washing your car, their vacuums are TERRIBLE… I mean TERRRRIIIBBLLLLE

I’ve been going to this carwash since it was H2go express carwash. Now it’s Russell Fischer I didn’t have a problem till they raise my rates $ 10 dollar (I have two). They didn’t even tell me. That’s kind of shady. If I could get ahold of someone. I will be canceling my service.

The 5 stars go to Tsunami Car Wash on Rosecrans… Their unlimited plans are better deals, their brushes are cloth, not bristles. They pre-​wash with pressurized soapy water and scrub stained areas (bugs, dirt) with a wet mop. The wash and rinse cycle are far far superior to Russell Fischer.
(I was skeptical of the goofy name Tsunami… but I was pleasantly– very pleasantly surprised). The wash tunnel is longer in feet, meaning more wash and rinse time. The vacuum area is larger and the vacuums really suck. (This a good thing).
There’s no hard left turn after the gate arm opens… it is as if Russell Fischer forced the wash into a patch of land not designed for this.
I tried to hang on to you guys for so so long… but your owner was not responsive. And so, I am gone. Bye.

I have a membership at this drive thru car wash. It’s $ 20 a month or so for the slightly better wash that dries your car better. I give this place a pretty good rating mostly for their customer service and central location. the guys and girls that work there are really friendly and helpful. The vacuum works well. the wash is pretty good overall. I will say that white spots after their wash are kind of a problem, I’ve noticed but it’s not the end of the world to wipe them off myself while drying. The free microfiber towel offer helps with that. free one every time you check in on Unilocal.Overall a decent experience.

I mean for a unlimited amount of car washes, $ 16 a month is really not a bad deal. And the microfiber towel when you check in is awesome. I’ve only been there once, so this review is based on that :)
The 1 less star is that the vacuums. I would like if the auction would be stronger so it can suck up all the small bits so that I don’t have to keep going back over and over again on the same spot.
They also have a carpet and window cleaner I believe but I didn’t utilize that on my first visit. Great stuff tho.

My monthly automatic payment increased from $ 15.95 to $ 20.95 for September. No notification of any sort was provided. Is this an error?
You are going to lose loyal customers by not notifying them of increases or giving them options. My whole family uses your services and I am very disappointed in the manner this was done.

Not as good as Fast 5. My car still had spots and was not dry when I left the «tunnel». The vacuums worked fine but they didn’t have the small ones to get into small spaces. They also do not give you anything to wipe the inside as they do at Fast 5.

Have been driving by this carwash for the last 6 months and decided to stop and try it.
My Mistake. I should have read the reviews first. My car had a lot of bug and bird spots left after the wash. The windows are filmy from the very poor Spot-​Free car wash.
They have not fixed the Vacuums. Very little suction.
Will not be coming back

This place blows, big time. I came here this weekend thinking «this place has changed owners, maybe they’ve improved — I’ll give them a shot» — bad move on my part. I should’ve taken my arse to the tried & true Fast 5 Xpress down the street. Here’s why:
The vacuums are still awful — no suction, only half worked most of the time
The rinse was a joke — I still had soap on my car
The wash itself was horrible — I still had dirt and bird crap on my car
You know, you’d think, with a competitor as fierce as Fast 5, that Russell Fischer and his pals would be 110% certain their product was up to the challenge. Sadly, that is not the case. They failed miserably and I will not return. For the same $ 6, I’ll go to Fast 5 and get a truly clean car with strong vacuums that work, each and every time.
Avoid this place — go to Fast 5 Xpress.

In repose to Chase, they did NOT replace the vacuums, I was just there yesterday (until my membership cancel date) two men next to me left upset because of the vaccums.
As an owner you are saying all the right things but should really consider actually stepping foot into one of your locations, check out your quality for yourself. Terrible

Before it was known as H2GO, but the ownership changed to Russel Fischer. What I was worried about the most was if they were going to change the employees here. But fortunately, most stayed and what makes this car wash stand out from the rest.
Suzy, Christian, Marial, Suzy, Carlos and Stephanie are all professional, considerate and great employees. Trust me, I’ve been coming here for over a year on a very consistent basis. They are all down to earth and always answered my questions when I had one. And they always let me use the restroom to wash my hands (I’m very OCD about this).
Last month, I had one incident because the I was charged twice for my unlimited plan. No problem. I told Stephanie and she gave me a refund in cash. Simple. No drama and then I was on my way to enjoy the rest of my weekend with my car clean of course.
If the management keeps striving to improve and over emphasize on the customer service, there’s no reason for me to leave.
I’m here to stay.
