This store was horrible. I bought some red wings from them and they turned out to be MADEINCHINA so they only lasted me 2 months at the most. When I took them in for a repair I was told that they were not repairable because too much of the steel toe was exposed so then they tried to sell me gorilla glue for $ 30.00. So before you consider buying red wings be aware that they are no longer made in the U.S.A., but by infants in china, which means poor quality boots. You are better off buying your work boots elsewhere where they sell you the product for what it is and not the brand name

Poor customer service!!! Young kid«salesmen» just stood and stared at us as we looked around. Didn’t offer to help or even sale other products to us let alone say hello when we walked in. If that the only thing I remember him telling us was the total of our purchase. If it wasn’t for my boyfriend needing the boots, knowing what he wanted and not wanting to look for another store we would have gladly taken our business somewhere else. Most likely will never shop here again and would not recommend this location to anyone. Luckily for this location the brand sales itself. Changed my rating only because we had to go back and exchange the bfs boots. Tim helped us and what a difference!!! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were truly impressed with his willing to help us after our our last experience. We will now definitely return as long as Tim is our salesman.

Terrific service and attention to client satisfaction whether it be a corporate customer, a fella’ with good taste in boots or the everyday contractor. Oh shit, I’m the duke up in this piece!

Best boots money can buy. My Safety toe Irish Setters are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. Plus the fact they’ll clean, oil, and relace for free is always a nice perk. Don’t waste your money on cheap boots.

Red Wing boots are bad ass! Too bad this store has a guy working that didn’t want to come help me out. When he finally got me some boots to try on he stood there leaning on the counter with his hands in his pockets. It was awkwardly silent in there. I’ll take my $ 250 elsewhere!

I LOVE my new Iron Rangers. This is also the best Red Wings Store. Very nice –presentation, good variety of selection, and best of all, great customer service. Every time I stop by, they oil my shoes for me, and they’ll replace your laces for life! If you’re in the market for a great pair of shoes or boots that will last you a lifetime, this is the place to go. Very highly recommended

As we were shopping through SoHo last year, our favorite NYC tour guide couldn’t stop talking about Red Wing Boots. Three things came to mind: Shoeteria, Norwalk Indoor Swap Meet, and dude that drywalled my mom’s old house. Now why would he mention Red Wing Boots with the likes of Supreme, Barney’s, Marc Jacobs, etc … apparently I wasn’t «in the know» because two months later I found myself shopping for a pair of Red Wing Boots in the fashion capital … Norwalk, CA. This place is all Red Wing. I believe I was the first customer in their history who shopped for fashion versus purpose or work use. I wear sneakers or flip flops 98% of the time and I had no clue how to buy boots. The sales people were very helpful as they walked me through every boot question I had. I knew exactly which pair I wanted so within minutes, I was a proud owner of brand new Red Wing Boots. Added bonus for great customer service as they offer lifetime replacements on eyelets & laces free of charge. The fiancé even scored me a free pair of heavy duty work socks. My new boots might not exactly be the Nom De Guerre x Red Wing boots which our guide was referring to, but it’s the best alternative I could find living in west coast. Red Wings are not cheap but they seem durable enough to survive a train wreck and more. Not to mention they get an «A+» for comfort. I am a fan …
