Norwalk Sheriff’s Station

Came in to fill out my Ride-​a-​long paperwork and was waiting quite a bit outside the lobby with no one at the front desk. Deputy Briseño finally came out and assisted me and his customer sevice made up for the wait… He was very helpful and seemed to treat the patrons as though he knew them and felt their situation, very funny as well.
I am looking forward to my ride along soon. Thanks to all the officers from this office for your sevice to my community.

I’m sure the station is nice and clean, but the young lady that works at the call service is rude and lazy and needs to be replaced with someone else who is more prompt in answering the phone line and is more professional. Obviously the lady that is already there doesn’t want to be there, and doesn’t want to be working Friday nights at 11pm. Please hire someone else.
I called the station and it took at least 45 minutes for officers to get on-​scene. Like… seriously? Not only this, but I had to call 3 times before the lady actually said: «Oh yah, um… okay, thank you. What was the address again?»
#1: Shouldn’t you have the location already?
#2: Why do I have to Google the address?
#3: Stop Facebook stalking your friends and do your job.

Norwalk station is gem. They provide meals, clothing, housing, and limo service to and from court. In the event you want to cancel your stay call 1−888−3 NO JAIL.
