This place is great!!!
The guest service is amazing. They have a great attitude and they have a clean location. They make you feel welcome and the rates are incredible. I have a 5×12 and the ceiling is super long so I can stack my stuff high.

Me and my husband have been coming here for years, love the service, And courtesy of the people who work here. We always feel our personal belongings are safe.

I give this place 0 stars, they have bad customer service you can’t even get in contact with the manager and if you owe them they would keep increase many fees, i owe $ 230 dlls and they add so many fees to my account i owe them now $ 1,200 and they send me to court, take my word don’t make business with them!

This establishment has always been great to is. They are always offering deals. We’ve been with them for years and wouldn’t dream of leaving. Toni helped us cut out lock off today and she was great.

Oh my gosh! This is crazy rental policy, we want to move out Nov 2 and they wanted us to pay the full amount of $ 260 for the whole month! That’s totally crazy! The answering service is also not helping cuz they will not connect you to the main people you need to talk to especially when the truck had an emergency break down, we had to wait for an hour to get hold of them, no other option but to walk in the office, their answering service is of no help. They wanted you to check in and write a review to get a discount but not sure if those people who wrote the review just wanted to get a discount for reviewing, this could be a good trick for other people whose looking at Unilocal for storage place. BEWARE of the contract you are signing. When I signed up it was couple of days before the end of the month and they prorated the amount for the remaining of the month, what about moving out? Two days you have to pay for a month? Such a policy! Do they rent to others the remaining days that you’ve already moved out but you paid for it because they don’t prorate the payment when you move out? How is that I was able to rent almost at the end of the month? Something to think about. Vivian was great and friendly in fairness when I was looking for a storage.
For people looking for a storage out there, you’ve got to know this policy before signing. The call center mentioned you needed to give them 10 days notice before moving out not mentioning no prorate on the payment. Why are the call center there for anyways? They’re giving conflicting information. You need time to walk in the office to really get your issues resolved.

the staff here at Norwalk storage are exceptionally friendly. The facility is clean quiet and well secured. I am a previous customer and I would only come back to Norwalk self storage if I ever needed to store any goods. If you decide to come in please speak with Isaac he will set you up in a very courteous and timely fashion.

We are still very happy with our storage at Norwalk Self Storage. We have been with them for four months and every time they are courteous and professional. We are considering getting a bigger storage unit for our bikes and ATV and they are our only choice in Norwalk. Special mention to Brian who is always very helpful.
