No one likes to sit around and wait while a service is being done to your car. But… Today I had to have my windshield replaced and I had the PLEASURE of chatting with the owner (Wayne) who could not have been nicer. I was there for a little over an hour, but his kindness and personality made that hour seem like minutes. Thanks Wayne! It was very nice meeting you, and like I said, I will be sending my son to you to take care of all his little ‘fender benders’.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been (probably visited last in 2003), but today I found myself looking for a reasonable body shop for a repair and wishing I could just take it back to these guys. I’ll never forget the time I showed up on a Friday after five pm with an emergency (my Honda window wouldn’t shut, and I didn’t have a garage). There was no one working in the shop but the owner was there and he just ripped off the door interior and fixed it himself on the spot in half an hour — no parts necessary — while making pleasant conversation the whole time. Now, for a similar repair, I have shops hemming and hawing and saying I might need a new motor (bulldoodie, we can all hear the motor running) or a new whatever and wanting to charge me for a couple hours labor besides. Oh lordy. I might just have to make a two-​hour drive to bring it back to people I can trust.
