The staff of Norwalk Business Service, Inc. is headed by Earl M. Salter, President, who is a member of the National Association of Accountants and the California Society of Enrolled Agents. As an «Enrolled Agent», Mr. Salter represents taxpayers at IRS audits, including the Court of Appeals. His specialties in tax include «Offers in Compromise,» taxes for Realtors, and 1031 Exchanges. Mr. Salter attended Cerritos College and completed his undergraduate studies at Cal State University at Long Beach. Special recognitions include the Accredited Tax Advisor and the Accreditation Council in Accountancy.

Accountant Richard J. Cavish received his B.A. in Accounting at Cal State University at Fullerton. Richard has been on staff since 1978. He is an «Enrolled Agent», member of the California Society of Enrolled Agents, and the National Association of Accountants. His specialties in tax include taxes on real estate, Realtors, Partnerships, Corporations, Estates, Trusts, and Gifts.
