My refrigerator was not cooling properly and they had a technician at my house within 30 minutes on a Monday afternoon. The tech was honest and didn’t try to invent some bogus diagnosis or overcharge for parts I didn’t need. He diagnosed the problem and even taught me to repair the problem myself for $ 45. My fridge is running like a champ again. Other places wanted to charge me $ 75 just for a diagnostic! Thanks Mr. Vick’s!

My washer took a crap on my a few days ago, so I decided to call these guys and give them a try, turned out the service is awesome, not only did they come when they said they would, but came did the job and was out of there in 30 mins flat, im very satisfied with Mr vic, and the technician Victor Jr, was very professional, I would recommend these guys and im gonna always keep there card handy at all times…

Top Box for Vic’s Appliance Svcs! I called for a cosultation appmnt and scheduled for the following day at 9am to service my Washing Machine. The gentleman called me 15 minutes before appmnt time to confirm appmnt arrival time and make sure someone was at home. Punctual arrival! They fixed the problem on the washer machine for a reasonable price! Just gained a Happy Customer. Thanks so much!!!

Mr Vic’s gave me a time frame between 4 – 6 they were here at 4:05 which surprised me. They fixed my dryer in about 20 minutes and it works wonderful. They also charged me a reasonable price! Thanks guys your awesome!

Vic showed up on time as promised and looked at my freezer that stopped freezing my items, he was honest about the repairs that were needed and what he would do in that case, he wasn’t out to just make the money on the full repair that wasn’t worth it, I appreciate that! I was looking for a great and affordable service for my used stacked washer because it was not working for second time (obviously I did not call the first appliance technician), and I found this guy on the yellow pages. He sounds very professional on the phone so I make an appointment. He arrived on time, serious, polite and professional. He replace the part and his work is guaranteed for three months. Now my washer and dryer are better than when I got them! I really like his job.
