In our brand new state of the art dental facilities at Norwalk Dental Center, Dr. Michael Barmé specializes in hi-​tech dentistry. He is a member of ADA-​CDA. Our office adheres to all the infection control guidelines.

Dr. Barme has been serving his community for over 30 years. We built a brand new office a few years ago and it is a State Of The Art Dental Office which is known for high quality, individual care, friendly and caring office. We cater to cowards of all ages. We do general dentistry for adults and children. We love children and they love us. We also specialize in dental Implants, Orthodontics (braces) as well as Oral Surgery, Periodomtics and Endodontics (root canal therapy).

Dr. Michael Barme has been a dentist for over 30 years. He got his dental degee from Northwestern University in Chicago. He loves his profession and goes out of his way to create a friendly and calm atmosphere for his patients. Dr. Barme takes continuing aducation classes every year and has specialized in addition to general and Cosmetic Dentistry, in Dental Implants, Orthodontics and all other phases of dentistry.

Dr. Barme’s hobbies are Biking, Hiking, Swimming and Travel.

Dr Barme is amazing and very gentle, going to a dentist is not the most pleasant thing to do but if you need to go to one go to the best the whole staff will make you feel very comfortable and right at home. If you need a dentist I highly recommend Dr. Barme.

What impresses me most about Dr. Barme’s office is the efficiency of the appointments. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment and I am finished at their estimated time of completion. I like that they text you to remind you of your appointments the day before and they are on top of rescheduling open spots for patients who might want to get seen at a more convenient time or sooner. I like the fact that Yadira from the front desk keeps everyone on track and will hunt you down if you are late. I am habitually late and she keeps me in check so the whole appointment system keeps humming along: D
I also like that they are clear and concise on their billing. I have been to a number of shady dentist offices who will try to charge you extra or not tell you the amount you owe until the work is already done. I was traumatized from past billing experiences at other offices, I didn’t go to the dentist for about 5 years. I needed a crown redone and at Dr. Barme’s office, I knew what the price was going in and the price did not change when I was done. I checked with my dental insurance and everything was charged right without me having to fight anyone.
Dr. Barme’s office is efficient, honest, friendly, professional, organized, managed well, and very clean.

The staff and services provided at this dental practice were definitely a great combination. The front office is great at communicating with their clients at every step of the process. They do cate about their practice, as well as every client that walks in their doors. One notable factor with this place is their clientele’s length of time going here. I’ll be bringing my daughter here as I was most impressed with them individually and as a whole.
Dr Barme even took time it to sit with me and consult on what I needed done, he was very thorough and took his time. You get the feeling that he actually cars about the people that come through his practice (unlike other doctors where they already have 1 got it the four while they are talking to you.
I am very pleased that I found this practice.

Wow just left the office!!! I’m a big baby with shots and was so scared but let me tell u Linda was the best didn’t feel it and deep cleaning of my right side done I even did the laser for better results! I’m not scared to come in for my left side!!! Lolol the staff was very nice and just found my new dentist

Dr. Barme is a wonderful dentist; professional yet friendly. As stated on his website, he caters to cowards! Besides being a gentleman, Dr. Barme was considerate of your finances and works to maximize your insurance benefits with minimal impact to your out-​of-​pocket expenses. Very professional and friendly staff. I didn’t have to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to actually the see the doctor (like I did at my last dentist). Both the dental assistant and dentist were very knowledgeable and clearly explained to me what was going with my teeth. Will definitely go back again!

By far the best dentist experience ever. Never had I had a Dentist, as well as all staff members, be professional, informative, skilled and HONEST. Dr. Barme and his staff did everything possible to fix a not-​so-​great crown done by a previous Dentist. Honesty definitely goes a long way for me. And from my experience at Dr. Barme’s, I’m sure I’ll be a patient for life.

I had a tooth ache for a couple days. I saw all the great reviews for Dr. Barme so I decided to make an appointment. I called on a Friday and they scheduled my appointment on Monday morning. During my visit, Dr. Barme and his associate told me my wisdom tooth was causing the pain. I agreed to the extraction of 4 wisdom teeth. The good Dr. was able to take them out at that moment. I was concerned about the recovery time. I was fortunate to have minimal swelling and pain. I was able to go back to work the next day. I credit Dr. Barme skills for the speedy recovery. His staff are also very kind and welcoming. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone who is not a fan of dental work. I’ll be scheduling regular visits from this point forward.

I love Dr. Barme! He has been my dentist since I was about 7 of 8 years old. I’ve never had any problems coming here and the staff is always so friendly and genuinely interested in how your are doing. Everyone I come in to get work done it’s always quick and painless. Highly recommend coming to him if you are looking for a dentist. Two thumbs up!

I saw Dr. Barmé today for a check up. I hadn’t sen him in over 30 years! He was my childhood dentist. I started going to him in about 1967÷68… He was so young, and handsome, with a very thick French accent. I melted the first time I met him, he was my first teenage crush! I was 13 then and continued seeing him until about age 28… many years have passed and I have seen many other dentists throughout the years. I finally thought… why not call and see if Dr. Barmé is still in practice. Low and behold, he was! He is still the same friendly man I remember, not so young, but still very handsome, and charming. We went over what I needed. And will be returning for my treatment plan… anyone looking for a really good dentist, should come see Dr. Barmé, he is the ABSOLUTE BEST! The front office staff, and back office staff are all very friendly, and personable. I’m soooo glad I returned to the BEST dentist I have ever had!!!
