Established in 2015.

HR Data and System Solutions was established in April 2015 by Brian Rupar. Since HR is evolving more around Technology these days and it will continue, we saw the need to help businesses stay current with there HR processes. Most businesses don’t have an HRIS department to help them work with their HR Functional and IT teams in order to automate there very manual and costly processes. Brian specializes in HR automation and has helped large companies over the years become more innovative and put them on a path to be best in class within HR for there industry. It is good advice to stay ahead, and adapt your processes around HR System Technology. The more efficiently your Human Resource department runs, the easier it will be for your business/​organization to continue to grow.

Brian Rupar has helped large companies over the years with HR Transformation: Policy & Procedures, Compensation, Payroll, HR Service Center Management, Business Process Definition, System Automation and Project Management. He has helped companies implement Mass Uploads, Reports, Online Forms, Workflow, streamline payroll processes, automate manual data entry and manage day to day inquires through case management tools. He has also determined requirements for new system platforms and case management tools.
