Fun Jump Express

I have used Fun Jump Express several times for my kids birthday parties and other family events. They always make things very easy! They always make suggestions and try to get you the best possible price. The drivers are always polite and work with you on pick up times. I often recommend friend and family to use them also.

Horrible experience dealing with Fun Jump Express. I would not recommend this service ever again to anyone. I made a reservation to have chairs and tables delivers to my home, via email, which is the only way to communicate with them.
First They never followed up on the giving me a confirmation after I placed my reservation order. Second, everything with them is done through email, they don’t answer their phone ever which makes it harder to place an order or confirm one.
When I tried calling them to get a confirmation response their phone never gets answered and when they did get back to me hours later, via text, they were telling I didn’t do my reservation correct. For being such a professional service and depending on customer approval they just don’t know what that is.
When I finally got to talk, well not talk but TEXT!!, they tried blaming me for not providing the right info but also tried to tell me it was my fault. Good thing I kept the original email conversations which negated everything they tried to blame me for. It was a horrible experience dealing with such an unprofessional service, never have I been called a liar by a service which depends on CUSTOMER APPROVAL!
I ended up going to another company the of my event which provided me with real service and great customer care.

This company was great! They came through in the last minute, were fast with emails great prices, and easy to contact! The men that set up were very business and polite! I will be using this company again!
