I agree with Dxcv’s review, Mike Poff is a (I’m ok using this term because Obama used it before) jacka$$. He manages my neighbors property and it’s affecting me, but this jacka$$ won’t resolve the issue, jacka$$ hangs the phone on me. Haven’t met anyone on this level as far back as I can remember my adult life.

I employed Exlnt Property Management over 25 years ago and they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. You will not find better and more down to earth professionals as Gordon and Bonnie. They are simply the best! Quite frankly they have made my life as a residential property owner (living 350 miles away from my investment) easy, and that is saying sometime given that the house they manage for me was built in the 1950’s. I only wish I had the same experience with «several» property managers I hired (and fired) in Phoenix because if I did, I would still own property in AZ.
