I was set up with this towing service through my insurance company. The tow arrived well before the hour. The gentleman, whose name I forgot, was very nice and allowed me to ride with him to the tire place. It was about a 9 mile drive in California traffic but he was good company and the cab was clean. I appreciated the service. Thank you.

you fraudulent bastards. if i could give you no stars, i definitely would. first off, you came to pick up my car, without knowing your own company policies. it was extremely rude and unprofessional. then you guys gave me attitude for questions. then you try to hold my car for more than necessarily, just because you guys charge for storage. you morons made me waste hours just to convince you that this is my car. this was not necessarily. then after seeing evidence from insurance, you guys wanted even more evidence. seriously? is this really happening? I just got into a bad accident which wasn’t my fault, and now i am dealing with this. even when it states under my insurance that it is my car. you guys clearly need to go through some serious customer service training. I can not believe the things that I had to deal with. unbelievable. Ruin my year. crooked company. if your insurance request for this company, i would just drop that insurance company. anyone or anything affiliated with this company should be ashamed of themselves. Also, you guys try to steal my phone and GPA that was left in the glove compartment… what kind of people does that? seriously. Do i have to beg to get my stuff back? ridiculous. I am simply amazed of how low the workers of this company can get. Protip to manager/CEO: fire your workers, and start over. this service is unacceptable. not here, not anywhere.

Insurance company contacted this tow company at 7:30 am. They say they’ll get to my car within an hour. 8:30 am hits and still no tow truck. I call my insurance again, and they say that they had 2 emergencies which is the problem and will be another 45 minutes. The guy shows up in 55 minutes right after I get off the phone with insurance company to cancel their service because they took too long. Just FYI, I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. The insurance was covering the total cost of the tow. I don’t know if that plays a factor in how long it takes them to get to you.

I complained to my insurance carrier about the service or lack of service that I received and how much I was charged and I was issued a full refund of the $ 200 that I was charged for a 4-mile tow. I doubt my insurance carrier will b using this tow service again anytime soon. If you’re like me and were provided rude service and charged an arm and a leg for it and only used the service because it was referred or dispatched by your insurance carrier, file a complaint and get your money back. If u have a good carrier that cares, I’m sure they’ll gladly refund u like my carrier did. Don’t let companies like this get away with robbing us AND providing crappy service.

Bad customer service, rude, and unprofessional. My roadside assistance company ordered the tow service. They were supposed to come in 70 mins. They showed up in 110 mins. When I called to see where they were at the 90 minute mark the dispatcher called the tow truck guy and says«the customer is having a heart attack, where are you at?». When the tow truck guy arrived hooks up the car and points to my boyfriends car and says«am I following you guys? are you driving the THING right there?» The only good thing I can say is that they got my car to its destination.
