Convenient location; however, it’s very close to the train track so you can hear the train passing by 16 hours a day and train honking every half a hour. Leasing office staff not very professional, missing scheduled appointment and could care less.

The community service here is good！They help exchange your light bulb for free and always there to help. I lost my necklace in water sink when washing my face, and they help me find it back on the pipe!!! Thanks very much

Went there looking for an apartment and the guy at the leasing office wasn’t very friendly. As for the place itself the pool is small and the place feels «tight». The apartments are nice, but there’s tons of rules. The leasing agent didn’t seem too happy to show us around and he wasn’t able to answer a lot of the questions we asked him.

I previously live in Avalon norwalk and I am pleased to say the apartment is amazing! The staff is very nice. Fred specially is the best! He goes out his way to accommodate you. Eric is as well very helpful and super nice! The ups or packages I get are always safe and they always send you an email to let you know you have a package! They keep you updated with the community and offices hours. The maintainer is always very quick to respond and its 24hrs rain or snow! Even on holidays! Only bad comment I can say about this Avalon is… Hmmmm they do need to put more lights in the back running pathway. Also a better quality of paint! Other than that I LOVE MY APARTMENT

I lived here for a summer and the apartment complex overall is very nice and new. There is a great gym, recreation room, and pool with a BBQ area shared by residents. The finishes in the apartment are clean and modern and there is staff that can clean weekly if requested. There is also a large parking lot underneath. There is a
McDonalds located in the building but there are also many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Overall, this place is very comfortable to live in but it is quite pricey for the luxuries you get.
