Dr. Bagchi is the only dentist I trust! For my whole life I’ve had dental-​related anxiety. It used to send me into complete panic mode! I had seen Dr. Bagchi at her old office in Redford and when I realized she was moving, I knew I was too. It was so comforting knowing you have found the right staff for your needs. This office is clean, comforting and modern. Thank you so much! I CANNOT go elsewhere.

I’ve been living in the area for 10+ years and have been to several other dentists. I was never thrilled with any of them, so when I saw the reviews for mint dentistry, I decided to give it a try. The staff and Doctor Bagchi are amazing! They make you feel extremely comfortable and ease any worries you may have about the entire visit. They take their time and Dr. Bagchi explains everything to you regarding X-​rays, check ups, cleaning questions, etc. When they took my X-​rays, she explained to me why certain teeth look the way they are, what we want to see, what we need to fix. She is truly a great dentist and I cannot say that enough! I’ve recommended my mom here already and have told many more about this location. If you are not completely satisfied with your current dentist or are looking for a new dentist in the area, you need to make an appointment at Mint!

As a consultant on a project in Michigan, I travel constantly. So rely on Unilocal to find places with a good reputation, finding Mint dentistry was just what I needed. I had a tooth to be capped, the doctor was able to quickly give me a temporary cap that day and expedited the permanent replacement so that it could be fitted before I needed to fly to my next project, (in under a week.) She also did the most thorough examination and offered suggestions to deal with my specific issues. The office is brand new with state of the art equipment, whole mouth X-​ray, and even has massage chairs while you are getting worked on. The staff were also quite wonderful, on the follow up visit, I had to bring my daughter and they entertained her while during my appointment. All in all a great dentist, would definitely use again.

Being new to the area my family and I needed a dentist. I tend to be particular, and wasn’t sure where to go. We ended up picking mint because it was close to home. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience. Dr Bagchi is very thorough and does a great job with my kids. The receptionist is very friendly and knows her stuff when it comes to billing. When it comes to customer service, this office gets it. That is not all that common in this day in age. I love that we can get appointments most whenever we need them. Is say if you live in the area and need a dentist, you must check out mint dental. We are very happy campers, and I rarely throw out a 5 star raging!

Mint Dentistry recently opened up very close to where I live. Both my parents made appointments and came back absolutely raving. Since it was so close, I decided to make an appointment too, and I’m glad I did. Dr. Bagchi is extremely polite, friendly, and professional. A lot of dentists I’ve gone to in the past always seem to be in a rush and moving on to the next patient. Dr. Bagchi made me feel extremely welcomed, which I have found to be pretty rare in the dental world.
When I first walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and the waiting room is really nice and comfortable too. The staff was super friendly and I got my x-​rays taken. Dr. Bagchi then came and did my cleaning for me, answering and encouraging all my questions. On my way out, I also got a little dental goodie bag with not just the basics like other places, but samples regarding some of the concerns I shared with Dr. Bagchi. I told her I occasionally had dry mouth, and inside my goodie bag, I had a sample of Biotene to help with that. Even though, the goodie bag is really just a small thing, it was a pretty big indicator to me that Mint Dentistry listens and cares.
Even during the more recent visits I have had, the staff has always been extremely nice and welcoming. Dr. Bagchi is just an amazing woman overall and really makes sure to address concerns. I told her I had a sensitive spot behind one of my teeth, which didn’t bug me too much, but every so often I’d get sharp shooting pain from there. Dr. Bagchi then made sure to check that area out and talk to me about what can cause tooth hyper-​sensitivity and what can help make it better too. She really does make you feel cared about as a patient.
Another plus I just noticed the last time I visited a few days ago was that there is a massaging back on some of their dental chairs. I have never encountered that with the different dentists I have visited in the past, so that was pretty cool. I’m kind of wondering why I didn’t notice it earlier though.
Overall, Mint Dentistry is an excellent place to go, and Dr. Bagchi is phenomenal. She’s someone I would recommend to all my family and friends. Need a new dentist? This is where you want to go.
