The people here are racist. My sister and I came to get our nails done, and we asked them if they could do two full sets. They took one look at us, spoke in their language, laughed and said they couldn’t didn’t have enough people available. We asked can you do just one. They said no. Our tone was polite, we gave them no reason to refuse us. I have been their twice before with a friend while she got her nails and I know for a fact that their were four nail technicians there that could do our nails. Mind you it was a Wednesday afternoon and there was only one other people getting their nails done. I will never go back.

Pedicure review: I like that they use separate basins instead of whirlpool sinks, which can cause infections. I do not remember the nail technicians name but she wears thick glasses. She was nice, but spoke in another language the entire time. At first, I thought she was great, because everything she did before adding nail polish was thorough. At the end she applied a quick dry top coat and I was free to go afterwards. I waited for a few minutes and after walking a bit, I noticed one toe nail polished smudged and the next day, the Polish on my big toe was chipped. I went back and the owner pointed it out to her and she just repolished all of my toes which was odd. I noticed areas where there was little to no polish. The worst pedicure I had. Pretty sad

The people here are so friendly and welcoming. It’s a shame this place doesn’t have more good reviews. The atmosphere is great unlike other nail salons. My mother and I really enjoy coming here for nails and eye brows!

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Don for about 16 years before he was at this location … I will not let anyone else touch my hair! I bring the wifey along and she gets all her nails done… Love this place! Great service and everyone is super nice.

I have been going to the Beauty Club since I went to CSUN. This is a wonderful place to get your manis and pedis as well as your eyebrows waxed. Its now been over 12 years that I’ve been going to them and they are amazing. Its unfortunate to hear negative reviews as they are so good. I recommend everyone to them including my out of town family. I’ve been driving from Los Angeles every other Saturday for the last eight years and its truly worth it. I just make a day of it, have lunch with friends and shop! As long as I’m on my way back by 2pm then I’m good. The traffic starts at that time so you have to get out of there or take the 101. The traffic is the only thing I hate. But, they are very good!

Ive gone here about 3 times, twice for a full set and once for fills. Both times my nails were crooked, the first time it was the guy dont rmr his name the second was Hong she made all of my nails were crooked, and a week later i was closing a door and my nail broke in half. the full sets are very thin. not a good place to go, cheap but not worth it. 15 fills(standard in the valley) $ 20 full set. Go somewhere else. They arent worth it

This place deserves 5 stars and a review on Unilocal!I’ve been coming here for about 9 years now and I always get great service. They do manicures/pedicures, acrylics, and it’s even a hair salon. I’ve never cut my hair here but I always see people who get it done when I come in to do my nails. The reason I’m doing a review is because I want people to come here and support them! Business is slow for them. :(Before I would call to make an appt and the time slot would not be available or they’d have to move it around. Now when I call they just tell me to come. It’s not busy there lately all the times I’ve gone in the last two years. They’ve changed ownership over the years and even the name of the place changed 3 times within a year or two. When I first started going here it was called Northridge Beauty Club. Then it changed to Donna Nail. And not it is called The Nail Club. This is the best place to get french tipped mani and/or pedi! I am always satisfied when I get them done and never complain. They do a meticulous job keeping their materials and tools sanitary and always provide a clean and neat environment. For a french mani and pedi its $ 29 I believe. I remember paying $ 31 one time, but it didn’t matter because I’m loyal to them. A regular mani and pedi is about $ 18 – 20 dollars I think. It’s pretty reasonable here. I’ve paid more at other places and wasn’t as satisfied as I was here. So please come and support them and give them business! You won’t be disappointed! :)
