I’ve been coming to this Disney store for quite some time but I have to say the Team Member who blew my mind away and just surprised me so much was Tanya. She was amazing in every single way. She was such a sweetheart! My son was looking at light sabers and she ended up showing him how to hold on, how to use it and just busted out with a whole light saber show for him, it was AWESOME! I’ve never seen a Team member interact like that and it really touched my heart. Not only did she interact with him with the light sabers she also talked to him about his favorite Avengers and she also gave him a coloring book sheet and a sticker for the Avengers which is his ultimate favorite. I’m just super impressed and I really appreciated her very much! This store is very clean, they have a good selection of Disney items, they are always coming up with new things and you can never get bored with this store. Items are good but they are also expensive so good luck. I definitely will be back! Make sure you look for Tanya next time too for a magical experience that’s if she’s not busy. :) Mind you it was super slow when we came here so she had some time on her hands to entertain us.

I think the overhaul of the Disney Store was a much needed face lift. This store looks much better than when I used to walk by in my college days. However, as with the previous iteration of this store, they still do their best to cram a lot of inventory into a somewhat small space. It doesn’t always feel crammed, but if there is a handful of customers, it can be hard to move around and casually shop. Employees are always friendly and ready to help. They honestly can make all the difference if you’ve been struggling to get everything you were looking for(especially during the holidays). That’s the biggest reason why I always come here first when looking for gifts for family.

You can never go wrong with Disney. I used to go to their Topanga location a lot but since that closed awhile back(not sure why) this is the closest Disney Store in my area. This store is always packed but that’s understandable. Even though they’re always busy I love how their store is ALWAYS organized. You can easily find the things you’re looking for. Absolutely coming back here.

I’ve been coming here for most my life and I always have a happy and magical experience. Lately I’ve been coming for the tsum tsums. I’ve made friends at the releases and had a great time. The employees make it super fun and enjoyable.

I come for the Tsum Tsum’s! And my daughter comes for any of their tiny toys. I love coming here, it’s always clean and organized. ALWAYS. I picked up a couple tsum Tsum’s & two cute coffee mugs. Disney makes everything better tbh. The staff here are so good with kids and helpful. My daughter especially loves the music videos they play on their tvs above the stuffed animal section. I do too if it’s the old school Disney movies! I just love coming here. I’m a kid at heart.

I love this location! The staff has always been very friendly and helpful especially now with all the Frozen craze! I used to call every single Mon, Wed, and Friday to see if shipments came in for the costume and not once was i met with a lazy salutation even though they probably know why people are calling! In regards to the store, it’s always stocked with goodies and I have to try really hard not to purchase things for my sister and myself because they just make it look wonderful!

Had a great experience there in terms of how quickly I found the items I was looking for, availability of the items, and on top of that they had a sale going on exactly on the dolls I was looking for!!! Disbar get better than that! :)

I’ve always been a big kid at heart and I always have to stop in the Disney store no matter what I go to the mall for. They have two secret bathrooms now and a place to try on clothes which really makes it very convenient if you go in there with little ones. They seem to keep upgrading it to improve it’s looks and functions. I also like how they are starting to sell more adult items, which always brings me in about every two weeks to see what new items they have. They are starting to have more activity days. They have a board up with days/times to list out what events will be taking place. They also link up with the Disney Chase card for special days to go into your home store for special discounts and or days with activities sheikh are exclusively to the card. Love those days! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I wish they had more space to ring people up on those really great deal days… Then it would be a 5!

I don’t care how old you are, Disney just never gets old. I give credit to the culture Walt & Roy created many years ago and it still continues. I don’t know if it’s intentional or not but Disney stores tend to be on the complete other end of any mall they’re usually in. It’s the same case in Glendale Galleria. My son just didn’t want to leave today and I don’t blame him. The customer service was excellent. The girls there were complete understanding of a kid excited about throwing the toys and running around as happy as he can be. All in all the experience was excellent.

This is the only Disney Store in my area now since they’ve closed their Topanga location. The store is cool because they have in-store events for kids that my daughter likes to go to. The most recent one was the Monster’s University event called Scaring 101 or something like that. They got an ID card and a little University flag thingy. Cute. A plus about this store is that they constantly have sales. Which is awesome because it’s Disney, and Disney is expensive.
