I LOVE Taco Bell, but this has got to be one of the worst locations. It took 20 minutes to get through the drive through. It was sooooo incredibly slow. Then when I finally got to the window, i paid and the window was shut and there was more waiting. Then finally someone pops out and I was asked if I was waiting for the cheesy gordita crunch. Which I was. I get home, and my cheesy gordita crunch was a huge disappointment. All bread with very little filling. Not going to this one again. I have another location nearby. Same distance, opposite direction. I’ll be going there

Wow, I wouldn’t even give one star; I indeed had the worst customer service ever, and to top it off, the woman whom was preparing the food in the back, thought I didn’t speak nor understand spanish, and qoute unqoute told the cashier to «give the bitch back her money”{ «que dacelo el deniro de culeda»…Because I’m american, she assumed I didn’t understand. My gosh, I was so upset, I demanded my money back, and hence forth, will report this to their corporate office! I do not recommend this T5aco Bell in Northridge, on Lindley Ave and Parthenia to anyone!!!

Decent Taco Bell location. It used to be open til 4am but I guess it closes earlier now. There is a drive thru or you can dine in as well. Small location. Employees are nice but they did forget to put my mini cinnabons in my order twice already when I ordered through the drive thru =\ their mini cinnabon delights are delicious! As for tacos, I really love the«crunch wrap supreme» and also the«cheese gordita crunch». They’re both delicious! The Doritos los tacos are also great as well! Parking is kinda hard since it’s a small and awkward parking lot that isn’t straight and the street it’s on is a really busy street(right next to McDonalds and across from In N Out) so be careful!

Really! the lady General Manager working the counter and the kitchen… did I say the GM was pure unwelcoming and cold!!! Thank God there was no other employees working for her to set an example, bad example that is! Taco Bell as well as other restaurants deceive the customers with all the advertisements that makes food looks so yummy on pictures but really bad, not even close in real. Thus is the case with Cantina Steak Burrito, cold, filled with lettuce and sour cream and few chunks of steak. where is the beef and that good perfect looking burrito? Same goes for the supreme tacos. Cold greasy meat, taco shells that break into pieces. This place seems to be run down despite it’s good location in Granada Hills. I mean run down when it comes to food and service. I remember they always had problems with employees at this location. Floors are in need of sweeping. Napkins all over the floor. Trays setting in tables and trash pins that are full. I think Taco Bell does need to take a real run to the south of the border.

We don’t typically choose Taco Bell as a fast food choice because the food has been so bad in the past and this last time which will indeed be our last time was no different. Wrong order was given, instead of a taco with tomatoes I got some gross thing given to me that had caned cheese with fritos chips in it, I was hungry so I tried it and ahh I couldn’t even eat it it was so gross. Not what I ordered at all, justed wanted a simple taco with tomatoes. Had already let the parking lot by the time I found out it was the wrong order and to hard to get back to that parking lot once already headed down the street, but a suggestion would be to check your bag before you drive away.

LITERALLY waited 45 minutes for 2 caramel apple empanadas. No one was at the front for a while and a huge line was forming. People could have easily jumped the counter and not get noticed. There are better Taco Bells.

Last night was the worst drive thru experience in my life. I follow a car in the drive thru abd they take like 5 mins to order, then i pull up and taco bell now says they are closed. so i pull around and there i sat for 20 fucking minutes behind some stupid people waiting for there order and now the car behind me pulls up and honks at us and the guys in front of me get out and basically are trying to start a fight with that car and now im wanting to just fucking run someone over at this point. Finally the car in front of me left and i pulled up and the two mexicans at the window were like«oh i thought he ordered» and«how could i help u» Like nothing happened or it wasnt a big deal. So basically i wasted a half hour in a drive thru line, didnt get any food, almost was involved in a fight and the mexicans acted like nothing was wrong. Fuck this place im going to complain to the corporate office also 11÷23÷14 around 2 am. anybody that was working this early morning at this taco bell should be fired immediately

Wow I came here once before and they gave me a beef and potato burrito that looked like a rolled taquito. I payed 3 dollars for that and wasn’t happy. I like Taco Bell so I decided to give them another chance and so I went again today and bought 2 cool ranch Doritos tacos with chicken, they charged me $ 4.60 plus tax lol wow! Here’s the receipt. And did I mention I didn’t even get sour cream, wtf Taco Bell. Stop robbing people!!!

I haven’t been to Taco Bell for maybe five years, and after coming here I remembered why. The prices have gone way up, combos are like 7 – 10 dollars. Why anybody would go here instead of Chipotle is beyond me. The quality has not gone up along with the prices, it has gone down in fact. The Mexican pizza I ordered had a strange chemical taste coming from the shell. While eating, I heard a customer come in to order food and say, «Is anybody taking orders?» When I left I was going to complain, but nobody was working the registers with a couple of customers waiting. Avoid at all costs. If you want to short the company the ticker you are looking for is YUM.

Worst Taco Bell/Pizza Hut I have ever been to. Orders for tacos are frequently wrong. Buy getting a pizza is next to impossible. They are always out of pizza items. Friday night and out of cheese pizza and breadsticks?!? Four attempts, over four months to get pizza, and I was only successful once. And even that one time I had to settle for different toppings. Sadly management doesn’t care, I’ve left messages for them TWICE!

Long story short… I ordered a small pan pizza. After twenty minutes of waiting I ask one the employees about my pizza and it turns out it hadn’t been put in the oven yet!!! What a bunch of imbeciles. I asked for a refund so the guy calls soneome. The manager comes out from the back room sucking on some orange colored fruit, stuffs the whole thing in her mouth, sucks on her fingers, wipes her hands on her clothes, goes straight into the cash register and gives me five bucks. No apology, no return receipt… as if nothing ever happened. Completely gross. I was left speechless… almost waiting for the cameras to come out from behind the scenes because I thought it was a joke.

Just no. Slow and stupid. This is the worst taco bell. It’s so bad I’m not even going to capitalize the name. Ha, if they can’t find something that they definitely have on the menu, they will either just charge you for something more expensive or recommend you don’t order that item. Wtf? I just had to laugh while bashing my head against the wall.

Took my son here after school… I’ve been to this drive-thru a few times, never had any issues or a long wait time. I don’t eat fast food but was starving and had the bean and cheese burrito… WOW it has shrunk! From what I remembered, I think the last time I had one was a couple years ago… but this thing was tiny! He got the chicken Quesadilla said it was«bomb»…They are very skimpy on portion, but I think this is just a general thing with all Taco Bells trying to save money… I know we will be back, but I wont be ordering. P. S…UGGGH! It always gives me heartburn! I just can’t do fast food.

Dirty store. Slow, slow, slow. I’m not coming back to this store. Wasn’t very crowded, yet seemed like nobody was working there. I don’t expect much from Taco Bell, but this was below my already low expectation.

This place has totally changed. I’ve gotten my orders mixed up plenty of times through the drive-thru now. The customer service also went down the hole. The employees hardly care, or are barely friendly. Half of the time no one is working the front register. Also the employees are not knowledgeable about their own products. There is a burrito they sell but I completely forgotten about the name. The employee didn’t know as well. The inside is still clean, but it’s now freezing! I will still come here but it’s not my favorite anymore.

this is one of my favorite taco bells because: Cool toppings taste cooler, hot mystery soy-meat tastes hotter and the shells seem to taste crisper. Also nice to have personal pizza option for around 5 bucks. They do blast the shit out of the A/C though, have 2 agree with fellow Unilocaler. Wise to bring a hoodie if you plan to eat inside, especially during the summer. Their parking spaces are tiny and suck ass. Sit eat and watch people wait in their cars over ½ hour for the most overrated burger in the world across the street…
