I got into an accident and called Northridge Collision the next day and asked over the phone if they would write out an estimate for me to send to the other parties insurance company, and if they charge for the estimate. They told me that they could write the estimate and there would be no charge, so I set the appointment for the next. When I showed up not only did they tell me they normally charge $ 150+ for estimates, but they refused to write out an estimate because I «wasn’t going though my own insurance company». Waste of time and rude customer service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I can’t remember if it’s time 3 or 4… But I have such bad luck getting hit by people and I’ve got to say that I fell into some GOOD luck when I found northridge collision center!
They do a great job in a timely manner. I have both used insurance and not gone through insurance for other things and every time it’s smooth and easy and fair priced
The ladies at the front desk are sweet as can be and will help you arrange your enterprise pick up.
Top notch service I will not take my cars anywhere else for repairs.

My insurance company referred me to them after I got rear ended. They were going to charge triple the amount the damages cost, and claimed it was impossible to drive (even though I drove it there safely). They encouraged me to salvage and scrap it, probably so they could make big bucks off of it. Took the car out of there, went to a different shop, and they repaired the «undrivable» vehicle with a MUCH more reasonable price with no faulty or imported knock off parts.
No matter what they say, don’t trust insurance companies. They’re linked to certain businesses to play people and make money off them.

Guy I spoke to on the phone today was a complete asshole. I wanted to get an estimate for my car that was totaled and he only gave me his unwanted opinions about how dumb I was to want an estimate in the first place. He told me they wouldn’t help me. Seriously? Screw this place.

Took my car in for an inspection at the suggestion of Mercury (the Ins. Co. of the lady who hit me). Decided to get the work done there, close to my house, they guy that did the inspection seemed like he knew what he was talking about, etc. When dropping off the car they did a walk around and marked on a diagram of a car anywhere there was damage (both pre-​existing and from the accident), I signed the paper, everything seemed legit. Before I left asked for copies of all the paperwork and they handed me some, went straight to work so I didn’t examine what they gave me, but when I got home I noticed it was just the estimate, not the paper with the diagram. A few days pass, they say I can get my car, we get it and they show us the side that was repaired from the accident, looks fine. We take the car home and immediately see cracks in the back bumper that weren’t there when we dropped the car off with them. We go straight back to the shop, tell them about the damage, they owner comes out and looks, sees the damage then says he’ll be right back. He goes back into his office and comes out a few minutes later with the diagram and all of a sudden it’s got bumper damage marked on it, and he says «is this your signature?» We tell him it’s BS since all he had to do was mark the diagram with a pen (it was all done in pen) when he went into his office just then. His response was that we should have asked for a copy of the diagram originally. We’re screwed, there is no proving this dick or one of his idiot workers hit our bumper, but if you choose to get work done here, GET A COPY OF THE DAMAGE DIAGRAM (and check that they’ve given it to you before you leave!). Shady!!!

Two different times I had my car at Northridge Collision Center because of accidents. They were very friendly. They worked with my insurance. Each time my car came back looking better then new. I eventually traded the car in for a newer vehicle and the dealership couldn’t even see that it was ever in an accident. Their work was excellent. One of the accidents was a big one with over $ 5,000 in damage to the front of my car. Everything from bumper, fenders, hood, headlights, etc. They fixed it all up and it looked good as new and drove great. I even had a minor rattle in the back which was just the deck lid hitting the back window. This was a problem before the accidents. They found it was just a missing screw and fixed it while they were doing the other work free of charge. This rattle was driving me nuts and they figured it out right away.
I would highly recommend NCC for any auto collision repairs. They can be expensive but if insurance is paying then why not. They also helped me out when the rental car company which was designated by my insurance was getting everything wrong they contact them and made it all right for me.

John and Anna are the absolute best. They are very attentive and make sure I am well taken care of before, during and after servicing my car. Anna, bright and friendly smile was nice to see considering I was bringing my car in after an accident. She took care of calling the rental car company to pick me up and made me feel comfortable. The initial meeting was quick and detailed and I was in and out in no time. John who handled my estimate and repair breakdown is just as welcoming. He took a look at my car right away when I came in and gave an accurate estimated time regarding when I should hear back from him regarding the damages. Getting in a car accident was the worst part of my day, Northridge Collision Center made sure I left with a smile. I love this place I would recommend to everyone. It’s hard to find a car repair and collision center you can trust. I’ve been a customer for 3 years and happy I found them. John and Anna are the icing on the cake!!! :-)

I just got «my little pony» back after over 5 weeks & $ 8100 of repairs. He was in a bad way when he got towed into Northridge Collision Center, but they did me right. My car looks beautiful! I appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that my car came back to me fully detailed inside & out. It was a nice surprise. They also picked up the remainder of the rental car that my insurance company didn’t & this was mentioned upfront to me by John. Lourdes and the others in the office were more that efficient and I was able to drop by and see my car in the process, which was kinda fun. I recommend you don’t think twice. They’ve fully warrantied everything they did for the life of the car. #AWESOME I’m so happy to be rolling in my Orange ‘stang again!

Northridge collision is a one stop repair shop. They repaired my car dealt with my insurance company and arranged my car rental. By far the best shop in the valley.

By far my worst customer service experience here. Their quality of work us subpar. I have taken my car back a total of 3times to get fix, because they weren’t able to fix it the first time. Painted 3 times in less than a year ??? Please why. Art the manager is a joke claims he nor his body shop are the reason my paint started to crack n chip away, car has fish eyes, orange peel, over spray and burned the clear coat on my car, on top of that poor poor poor quality if detail especially on my car

Picked up my car today, after being fixed for the last 31 days. 5400.00 worth of damage from the lady who hit me. Again they did a wonderful job, see pics of my Mazda. Everyone here is very nice, professional, and caring. John really knows his stuff, and makes sure no corners are cut, when fixing your car. I am happy to get my var back, looking showroom fresh once again. Hope i don’t see them again anytime soon! LOL

after a terrible auto accident, I worried about a nightmare experience with the collision shop but they were amazing! the quote was exact as was the pick up date. the work was high quality and explained to me and communication was thorough. this place is amazing!!!

I hate to say that I’ve been here so many times. but I have. I’ve gotten into so many little scrapes and accidents. Sigh. However, no matter what car I’m driving, or how bad the damage, Northridge Collision Center always fixes my baby back to brand new! It’s amazing how they can take a trashed car and make it brand new again, simply astonishing. They are so dedicated and take the time to really explain what happened to your car and how they’ll fix it. Lourdes, up front, is very sweet and always helpful with the paperwork. Definitely, a must to come here for any car problems.

Very friendly people and they fixed the car by the day they promised. What was frustrating is that the paint job was subpar but the shop would not take responsibility for the peeling paint. I hope I don’t get in an accident again, but if I did, I’d look for another body shop.

Just got my car back from another accident, after 6 months of brining it back the body shop finally got it right. The following week, dumb neighbor backs into my car, same spot that was just repaired. My insurance co. Recomended northridge collision. They were SPOT ON. This repair was as close to factory as you can get. After seeing their work, I realized what shotty work I had done from the other auto body place. Color, fender gaps, hinges (I drive a sports car, that is important stuff) and alignment. It seems they left no stone unturned when they checked out my car. If I have to smash up my car, I would bring it right back to John at Northridge Collision

Being in an accident SUCKS! But with companies like Northridge Collision they made a crappy situation quite easy to resolve. Everyone was friendly and understanding. The car looks as good as new, I couldn’t ask for anything more… well, I could ask for the dumb lady who hit me to admit it but that’s besides the point. ;)
