Modern Property Management

I am a homeowner that owns multiple priorities in cities such as Sun Valley, Glendale, Sunland and La Crescenta. Majority of these homes are rentals and since having been referred to Modern Property Management my life has become so much easier! To sum up my experience in a few words… They handle it all! I have had happy tenants because any issues raised are brought to my attention immediately by Sue and her professional team! They also help me manage my «things to do» because they keep me on top of repairs or upgrades necessary for my properties. I have not had to worry about the day to day tenant satisfaction aspect of renting because of Sue’s efforts. My boss referred me to Modern Property Management and my only wish is that he had done so sooner. Knowing that my homes AND tenants are being looked out for is a very comforting feeling! What a life saver !! When I bought my rental condo a couple years ago, I had no idea that it would be so hard to manage it: from finding the right tenant to the all kinds of maintenance, what a stress added to my life. I live in San Diego and have a rental house in Woodland Hills. In the summer of 2015, the house was being vacated, it needed a full remodel, and I needed a property manager. I looked at others but chose MPM. I am so glad I did. Sue has been great throughout a very expensive (remodel costs) process with ups and downs. Sue was ALWAYS helpful and upbeat — she is incredibly dependable and made a huge difference making this as good as it can be. She was helpful during the remodel — finding contractors, offering advice — and is great now as a property manager after finding a family to rent the home. I’m grateful for Sue and MPM.

My parents were looking for someone to manage their rental condo because I was no longer able to do so because of my new work schedule. I needed to find someone who could do as good of a job as myself, and after talking to a few companies, I met with Sue and decided to settle with them. She’s extremely professional, loves what she does, and cares for her clients and their properties. Their prices are fair and for the professional work that they do, I couldn’t be happier!

Modern Property did a great job at helping me rent out my condo while I transitioned to downtown. Sue has been helpful and easy to get in touch with the entire process. I highly recommend Modern property management company. We were having a hard time finding the right tenants for our property in Northridge and I didn’t have the time to deal with it anymore. I am a stay at home mother and help with my husband’s business and couldn’t find the time anymore. I contacted a few other companies first, one company was super expensive and the other company was not very helpful and took forever to respond to my phone calls. I called Modern Prop Management Co and Sue was efficient, professional and trust worthy. She met with me the next day and within a few weeks she had a very nice young family in our home. Now I don’t have to worry about it because I know Sue will handle it and not only that but she will respect my wishes when it comes to my property. Definitely worth it!

Modern Property Management was extremely helpful with finding me a really nice place within my budget in Glendale. With my hectic work schedule I don’t have much time to do the research and the legwork on my own I was recommended by a good friend to Modern Property Management and couldn’t be any more pleased and happier. They had several properties for me to look at in single weekend and within a few days got approved and moved in to our new place! Sue made the process seem less and quick, I recommend all my friends and family to check them out.

Sue is the best! She’s responsible and always quick to respond. She found us good tenants in just a few weeks. She cares about doing a good job, and that can be rare sometimes. I highly recommend her. My only regret is that we didn’t call her earlier!

I was recommended to MPM through a client of mine after i told her I needed to rent out my home in Encino. Being the owner of SKintuition Spa I have no time to look around for a good tenant. I called their office and was put in contact with Sue, she was very helpful wit great information. She suggested I shop around and if I found someone better I should go with them! (unheard of) I did some research and I felt pretty comfortable with choosing MPM because of their willingness to give me information with out any strings attached. I hired them to lease and manage my house, they came to give me an assessment to see how much I could rent the house for, the amount they came up with was more then what I thought I could get which was great. They listed my house and with in a couple of weeks they had placed a amazing tenant in the house. I have not had to worry or do a single thing. My rent is deposited in my account every month on time. I couldn’t recommend MPM more, they are helpful, honest and super fast with their response turn around time. Give them a try, ask for Sue. You won’t be disappointed!

I recently converted my detached garage on my property into a quant little guest house for one. I needed to find a property management that would put the time into helping me find just the right tenant for such an intimate living situation. And they did just that at Modern Property Management. I am so thankful for all the help that Modern Property Management has offered me. My contact person with them is Alek, he is just so personable and easy to reach. I typically have many questions and concerns and his patience has truly been a blessing. I have worked with a few other management companies in the past whom I never felt this sense of security with. Simply amazing! I have 3 properties that MPM manages for me. The first one is in 90 003 area with difficult tenants the other two are in beverly hills.
Service: top notch! I can reach them anytime I have a question. They provide me updates without me asking for any which is great because as an owner I dont have time to chase people. They call me if they have questions and provide me solutions, you cant beat that!
Promptness: These guys are outstanding — first let me tell you that these guys are very responsive. My tenants are very demanding and want fast results and MPM delivers every time.
Prices: I wouldnt want them to read this part but, I would pay them double for the amount of work they do. When things break down they don’t just hire the quickest guy to go out and fix the issue. They shop around and get the most effective yet reasonably priced vendor out there. One time the owner told me their motto is «we treat every property like its your own» and I love that.
Thanks MPM you guys really know how to keep clients happy. I appreciate the professionalism and knowledge that you provide. No job is too small and you guys step up to show that each and every time.
