Three people maximum at a time for one hour. 20 years experience certified in Pilates, former professional dancer. Compliment to any sport, i.e. tennis, golf, dance, muscle disorders, all ages, gender, and all levels.

History

Established in 2000.

In 2000 the business was established as a way to focus attention on the Universal Reformer as a total body workout. Lisa is a former professional dancer who has been involved with Pilates for over 20 years.

We are a small residential studio with a separate entrance and private, specializing with one on one attention.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Originally from L.A., Lisa has performed with professional dance companies across the U.S. and Europe. Her dance training began with Martha Graham technique and eventually with the London Contemporary Dance Co. and the Toronto Dance Theatre. Lisa then transitioned into music and theatre and has two albums. Since retiring from performing, Lisa pursued a Pilates instructor certification in the Ron Fletcher technique, in 1989. Throughout her training, Lisa also benefited from the knowledege and teaching of many wonderful teachers. Her Pilates studio specializes in Pilates on the Universal Reformer for the general public since 2000.
