I recently rented a portable oxygen concentrator for my mother, as prescribed for airline travel by her doctor. This was my first experience renting any type of medical equipment and I called a few places before choosing Hieline. From start to finish, Nathan was not only very knowledgeable but attentive, kind and calm during a process that ultimately turned stressful due to an error made by FedEx on the return shipment. Nathan was not only very understanding but went above and beyond reasonable customer service to earn a repeat customer. I will definitely be renting from Hieline again. Highly recommended.

Got a very bad experience with this company. I regret already so many times that I found this company to fix my scooter. The guy I think his name is Nithan is very unpleasent, dishonest person. Because I had a broken brakes on my scooter. First of all it took so long for them to change my brakes, then when they changed it he called me to come and pick it up. I wanted some proof that the part that he told me that he changed is new, but instead showing me he told me he won’t show me anything and if I don’t like something I can leave and he’ll give me back my broken scooter not fixed. Because I need my scooter as soon as possible I agreed to pay him for the part that I even didn’t know it was new or not, but now I know that it wasn’t new cause after a three days scooter brakes broke again. What I did I dispute his charges from my credit card, and he started to calling me every day and threatening me that he is going to report me because he didn’t get money. People never deal with the small company like this one especially this one, I’m telling you from my bad experience

I went here to buy a foldable wheelchair and a walker for my friend that I’m caring for and Nathan was very kind and attentive. Perfect customer service! The prices are great, also.

I went here to get a knee scooter for my impending ankle surgery, and the service here was awesome! He set up the scooter made sure the break worked, and showed me how to use it. Very knowledgable about their products and was very professional. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

I had a great experience renting A mobility scooter from here was pretty affordable at $ 50 for the day Scooter was easy to move and packed in the trunk of my car easily, be sure to call ahead before you come here when I first came here and they were closed and they came right away after I called, highly recommended! Will definitely be renting again or purchasing one as their prices are pretty affordable for even owning it.

Several months ago I had the misfortune of breaking my foot. Thank goodness I found Nathan and Hieline. He delivered a knee scooter directly to my front door which was a godsend as I couldn’t walk or drive with my cast on. He was as nice as could be and he went out of his way to be accommodating even though he and his wife were just having their first child during the time frame that I contacted him in. The pricing was more than reasonable and he even brought me a sheepskin cover for the knee pad and knowingly said that I would be glad to have it. Boy was he ever correct! I would highly recommend Hieline and Nathan to anyone looking for this type of medical assistance equipment!

I found this merchant to be very honest with my 1 month rental due to Achilles surgery. I searched providers all over SoCal and only found Hieline and Nathan on my third attempt. When I called, their prices matched the website exactly and they had superior and more modern scooters.
I had ambitions of keeping my family moving so I rented the best scooter with inflated tires and some ground clearance for use on dirt paths. I also rented a carrier for a towing receiver on our truck for the unit since it could not be dismantled.
All was delivered same day with ease. I even asked for help with the chains to secure the unit when being towed and he came to my home and replaced the caribeaners to make it easier the same day.
Nathan just picked up the unit from my home and it was a great experience. I found him to be honest and valuable with great customer service. Some reviews on Unilocal are people lashing out in disappointment or blaming others for their problems. You need to evaluate for yourself.

Dishonest merchant. They did not know how to fix my broken scooter. Instead of telling me the truth, they pretended they fixed it and charged my credit card. They also charged me for a scooter rental while my own scooter was in their shop.
They accepted no responsibility for failing to repair the scooter, refused to refund my money and then lied to the credit card investigator.
I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
