Just called to ask for some basic info, what to bring, cost of filing, etc. when asked if i wanted to make an appt. i said not that i’d call back and immediately the woman on the phone hung up on me. this is completely unaccepted and uprofessional. for this reason alone, i will refuse to give H&R my business. if this is a model of the treatment they give to clients, than i’m not interested in doing business with them.

For the past 2 years, I have gotten my taxes done here. The service has always fast and the employees are nice and very helpful.
I have set up an appointment usually a few days before and they have always had convenient times. They have coloring books and crayons for my son to use while he’s waiting, which is awesome. It keeps him entertained.
This is a great place!
