OMG!!! This place has the worst oder that I have smelled in my life. Not dirty mop water stink but rotten food stink. Someone needs to call the health department because this place should not be open to serve or sell food. I almost thru up and had to run out of the store. Disgusting is the only word I can think of!

This is the place where I come with my Korean friends. I like eating at the food court. I don’t buy their vegetables because they are pricier than other place. Seaweed, snacks and some food are okay.

3.5 stars. If you enjoy Korean food you must come here to shop! Strangely much smaller than I remembered from years ago. But it’s clean and the staff friendly, even if they speak broken English. Lots of delicious samples on the weekends — a happy overkill combo right after AYCE Gen Korean BBQ nearly right next door.(A gym is sandwiches in between these 2 stores — a coincidence? I think not!) I bought the spicy rice cake sample. The lady started explaining to me in broken English how to cook it — thank goodness she did, because the packaging is 100% Korean and I can’t even tell based on the illustration on the back how much water to put in. Can’t get more authentic than that. Probably over 50% of the packages are this way. Fresh seafood exists but we were too stuffed to look at and buy them. They also have a little food court inside with lots of Koreans(I believe) eating there — so I’d imagine they are good!

I really love this place even though the people are as friendly as fu… yeah you heard me right you mother fu… Does anyone ever smile at this f place? I make it short… I only come her to buy my Tuna and Salmon Sashimi and the thinly sliced rib eye steak and the sister or rubbing alcohol«Soju» that is it. I have to say the quality of Sahimi is very good and I have been buying them here for long time. If you are into Asian food,(mostly Korean) then you will love this place. Name it and they have it. Even they have a nice food court that serves mainly Korean and Asian food. Prices here are very reasonable… Nuff said!

I like going here once in a while. Parking is sometimes an adventure, so I try to make my stop at off-peak times. The location is convenient for me, and the availability of such a large variety of imported products impresses me. I confess, I do look for the on sale items almost exclusively. The aisles I frequent are the snack, liquor, rice, and pre-cooked warmers. Hint: the cooked items go to 50% off after 7:30pm(maybe 8:00).

I haven’t been grocery shopping here in a while and had so much fun walking around and buying some items(including reasonably priced octopus and uni) for the kitchen. It’s so much more well-stocked than Greenland Market. They even have a banchan bar. There’s a lot of fresh fish, wild caught options which impressed me. There’s also a Korean food court which I need to go back again and explore. I even loved their produce. I bought some persimmons from Spain just to try this variety.

I love coming here because that have a great and unique food court. So many options to choose from and the grocery store part is my favorite great place to get meat and spice tuna.

This place is simply amazing. This is one of the biggest Asian grocery stores I have ever been to. The selection is really good at this store. They even have a kimchi bar. There’s a hot food section where they have prepared hot meals for on the go near the checkout. This is kind of a Korean Mitsuwa. I can get my Japanese shampoo and conditioner here. They have little tables where you can try samples of some of the food that they sell. Kind of reminds me of Costco or Sam’s Club. The location is awesome. In a mini shopping mall across from REI& other great stores. There’s even a food court just outside the checkout & market. Love it!

I went here for the first time today, it was a great experience too see an Asian market. I bought a lot of stuff, a couple of negatives are employees don’t know where stuff is. Some don’t even speak English so it’s complicated, also they didn’t have everything I was looking for. Overall a nice market

I very seldom go to this store. But when I do, I always get surprised of how this place is still in business. It is expensive and it is dirty. They have a food court area and to my surprise it gets busy. Even if the food is good since the whole store is soooooo not clean, I would not even want to touch anything. The grocery items are sooo overpriced. I mean in every market, you would find some items that are somewhat pricey. But as I was walking through the produce section, most everything was expensive… Like $ 2.99 per pound for broccoli… I mean seriously? And yes I understand it would be expensive if the produce is organic, but the produce here is not organic… I think I am gonna stop coming here… Not to mention that the employees here are soooo rude as well…

Galleria is okay. I’ve been to other Asian markets around Los Angeles and the OC that were great too so I guess I’m just basing my review off of them. It didn’t seem too clean inside and although the produce was fresh, they didn’t seem really appetizing. I kept seeing flies and bugs all around the greens. But they do have a good variety of products from different countries. And the parking space is huge which is a plus. I will say though, Galleria has delicious and affordable food at the food court. Most of the restaurants serve generous portions and come with sides as well. My friend got a hot bibimpop with banchan and I got the black bean noodles. Both very delicious and filling. Overall it was okay. My experience wasn’t too bad but I wouldn’t make the drive out here unless I had to.

It’s a pretty basic Asian Market. Lots of Korean products because it is a Korean market, but they also carry some Japanese products! I love their produce, the deals are a hit or miss, usually a hit. You can find more exotic veggies and fruit that Ralphs, Vons and Trader Joe’s won’t have. Prices here are pretty expensive, sometimes I wonder why especially for the produce since sometimes it’s not the freshest. If you’re craving shabu shabu or hot pot at home then this is your one stop shop. They don’t have the biggest selection, but the products they have will get the job done! There’s also a french bakery which is pretty amazing. Tips: Bring your own bags! Their bags here suck, they don’t hold much and they are designed really poorly.

Craving Korean Barbecue but don’t want to make the drive down to LA? Galleria Market has your back! Compared to the markets that I have been to, I can honestly say that it is pretty clean here. Price-wise, it is a hit or miss on items. Their produce is pretty well priced — red leaf lettuce 2 bundles for $ 0.99, along with their banchan — that’s the shizz we came here for! They have a prepackaged banchan area if you’re a germaphobe and don’t want to package them yourself at the self-serve section(uncovered containers of yummy banchan — tastes so good, but looks oh so risky o__O). Must have banchans: seasoned seaweed(GETTHIS! OOOHGETTHISONE!!), kimchi cucumbers, potato salad, fish cake, anchovy with peanuts. Marinated bulgogi was about $ 6/lb. Bring that all on home and you have got yourself some easy diy kbbq without the dreaded line! Would recommend? Yes! I’m coming back for more of that seaweed.

I genuinely like galleria. The store is always spotless, prices are a little bit higher than Korean markets in la. But not significantly, and they basically have everything you need: groceries, food court, bakery, cosmetics store, etc. Yes it’s not as huge as the Korean markets in LA, but compared to markets in general, it deserves 4 – 5 stars. I’ve only had good experiences with the produce and banchan. The food court is pretty good too! The cashiers will be friendly as long as you’re not rude, even if you don’t speak korean.

This Korean grocery store is a bit pricier than the Greenland Market, but so much closer to the freeway. It’s also pretty big and organized. I love how much parking there is and that there is a bakery in the same building along with a food court, although my favorite boba place has since disappeared. The grocery store is very neat and organized. It’s clean too. I like the selection since it is so large and enjoy coming here for Asian food needs. I love coming here for the seaweed salad and kimchi! They also have a good selection of every Asian thing you need from salt, potato starch, sauces, and whatever. I highly recommend coming here. Plus, it’s really hard to miss it.

Love this friendly Galleria Market with all the fixins’ — adjoining bakery(Tours Le Jous — unpronounceable but good), servicable food court(see my review for the Katsu Japanese, it’s awesome), and the best super fluffy Korean blanket guy in the ante-market area. Best black dress socks there too. The market itself has everything you need with good prices on produce. Many more cookies and cakes than their poorer relation, HK Market. An expansive My Shaldan collection if the car needs freshening. Korean food shopping in Northridge? Look no further.
