Dos Gringos Food Inc: Cheese & Sausage Makers

Dos Gringos makes some of the best cheeses I’ve ever had. The proprietor travels around to different farmer’s markets around the LA area selling wonderful cheeses, deli meats and sausages. He used to be a regular at the Gigi’s Farmer’s Market at the Americana where I discovered him but unfortunately hasn’t been there lately. In his time there I was able to sample most of his products. My absolute favs were his gruyère, smoked gouda, swiss and brie. All were AMAZING! Also very good were his salami’s. I tried both versions and they were good. His procuitto ham was just ok. He also offers sausages… I can’t recall the two that I had but both were very very good.
Overall it’ one of those great stands you home to come across at a farmers market near you. Please Please Please come back to Glendale!!!

Went back and NOW… HE MAKES BRIE!!! I love brie! Omg… it’s so soft too… I was nearly drooling while eating it. I love cheese… I bought brie and the other usual cheeses.
I love how he has a tray set out with different cheeses he is selling. He didn’t have Gouda this time but he is going to bring it next time because it’s aging right now.
This is all home made so I understand… I just… love the gouda so so much.
